If this is considered hoarding, I'd LOVE to see the specialist deal with a real American hoarder. These folks would most certainly be considered collectors here.
They have another show, with hoarded houses. This is just focused on storage hoarding.
They would pass out and die. This is definitely not hoarding as far as an American is concerned.
At least he's not hoarding toilet paper.

Or cleaning supplies, don't forget them, paper towels, disinfects etc, one guy last year hoarded Lysol wipes, he had a garage full and tried to price gouge them by selling online but nobody bought any of it and stores weren't letting you take back that stuff, including paper towels and TP so he ended up donating most of it, greed doesn't pay.
I liked the bird pictures, and the guy was wrong about , that those won’t go in a modern design home, he couldn’t be more wrong, that is the modern design nowadays! I’ve seen amazing houses with touches of past design items , and it looks beautiful!

He's come back and has to live with his mum and stop paying for storage....never knew banking was so unprofitable....

I dont think I will sell the painting from the prince, he gave them to him as a friend, maybe they should be kept and maybe sold later on?
If you are going to sell it later anyway, why not sell it right away and save the space.

A classy hoarder facility is what I would be interested in. The banker had the worst set of rugs despite having lived in the Middle East and the cuff links looked very amateurish. Hoard with class folks !
