Breakdown of the coffee scrub:
4 tbs of coffee
4 tbs of brown sugar
4 vitamin E tablets
1/2 cup of Olive Oil

there is liquid vit. e oil..much easier to use...

Lisa Ya-Han Chang late reply but I use,used ones! New coffee grounds are harder to wash off and much rougher on your skin.
If you got sensitive skin,use used.
It's totally okay to use new grounds if you want though (:
I actually make a scrub similar to this! But instead of olive oil I use coconut oil, and instead of brown sugar I use raw cane sugar. I'm sure this recipe works great as well!!
Oh my god. I was making this especially for my dad and I took a tiny bit and used it on my hands just to test the texture. INSTANT SOFTNESS. This is great!!

I added in 1 green tea packet and 1 tablespoon of natural unsweetened cocoa powder and I put it on my face, hair, and the rest of my body and I am in love with it! oh I also added in some honey too (: I love the smell of it too (:

I've spent 2wks looking around for a good scrub here in lebanon ans everything is so expensive and such small bottles or the scrubs are not good. Anyways Girlllllll after watching ur video, it pushed me to get up and make my own. Let me tell u guys my skin was soooooo soft and reminded me so much of a baby's bottom. 10/10👍
Wow I just tried this! Because I'm only using it on my face I made a smaller amount:
2 tbs ground coffee powder
2 tbs cane sugar
2 tbs oil (a mix of avocado and rosehip oil)
I have to say it felt quite abrasive but after rinsing off and using a washcloth to wipe off, my skin feels so smooth and refreshed!!! I can't stop touching it lol! I will use this every night after removing makeup and let's see if all my discoloration from old acne scars disappear!
I also just started a morning mask routine ... 1 tsp cacao powder, 1 tsp red rhassoul clay, 1 tsp raw honey, add enough water to make medium paste. Apply for 15 minutes then rinse off. That left my pores much improved this morning!
I will update in a few weeks or a month if someone asked me to.

I got mines from the local dollar store and it smells great 😩🥰 it’s called b•pure in a brown v container with a blk top

Be careful. I don't want to disrespect the video as I love the idea. If you have iron deficiency anaemia don't use This. The body can absorb caffeine and it affects the production of iron. Just putting it out there. But I love the video

Great video! I'll be using mocha java coffee for this scrub. Maybe even add cocoa powder...My 2 favorite scents coffee & chocolate!
Use the OO in the scrub and moisturize with coconut oil when out the shower. It mixes better when your not totally dry.

Nova Beauty, can I just use straight vitamin E oil? I make all of my own bath products and vitamin E oil is also a preservative and gives your natural products a much longer shelf life.

Protip: You can get a whole bottle of pure vitamin E oil from Dollar Tree instead of the capsules. Easier to use too.

wow I never knew this! I have HORRIBLE discoloration on my buttocks I'm black so it's darker and I have stretch marks that are lighter I have always been self-conscious so I will try my hardest to not wear bathing suits because you can still see my buttocks and the discoloration along with the stretch marks now with the pills my grandmother would always told me and my cousin to take one we never knew what they were for but one day we decided we wanted to see what the liquid inside tasted like, worst decision ever hahaha thank you so much for explaining what each product does I will be sure to give it a try once I purchase the pills!!

so I made this, it worked fine, I got my shower curtains stained brown, black little dots of coffee everywhere, and when I get out the shower, just rub your skin with a paper towel because it stains your skin too. but you smell like a coffee place when you get out the shower... use at your own risk. I ended up just buying a scrub, they're not that expensive, no more than $10
it's normal to have a little left color on the skin...
but if you have too much then you probably put to much oil in it.
people also normally use used coffee so it dosen't stain much.

Don't use vegetable oil it's not good for your skin , and no but you can if you want to! I think the coconut oil/olive oil is very moisturizing

yes you can used dried out USED coffee grounds. I've been making my own scrubs for years that way :)
