A work of art. Every video you post I get more and more inspired. Keep it up. I’d love to see you post a video recorded in a more urban environment. As always, great work, Roman!
Always love the moody vibes..I truly appreciate your style of filmmaking! You'll look back on these years from now and be blown away by how much your kids have grown!
It is as if Caspar David Friedrich arose from the dead and started making videos!! The color grade is amazing, would love to now more about your workflow (actually including how you manage to make the children cooperate)
Enjoying and always waiting for your videos i finally decided to buy your fantastic luts. They are incredible Now I wanted to invest in some lenses but when I saw the result of your Laowa Argus T1 on the Fx30 I was amazed with the look of your footage and although I know that the choice of lenses is very personal i'm hesitating between the option of Laowa T1 prime lenses (18mm and 33mm) or the versatility of the laowa zoom ranger 17-50mm T2.9. What would be your choice? Thank you so much!
Thank you very much! I really appreciate it! Definitely my choice would be the Laowa 33mm T.1. It's a pretty versatile focal length and great quality compared to zoom lenses. The T.1 gives a nice softness, you can't get that softness with f2.9.
Hey Roman, all of your Memory look amazing, i love theses lenses. Is it possible to change the mount? (Buy an RF version and then switch to sony ?) I can't find this information on Laowa website). Would love to use it on my Red KX
Would like to know entire colour grading process and how to get this kind of footage from fx30, I haven’t seen this stunning output from fx30 It’ll be great if you can make a video on that thanks 🙏🏻
This will work best in cloudy weather. At sunset, too, but you need to look for a suitable angle depending on the intensity of the light. If the sun is high, you need to use a diffuser to diffuse the light on the face. Camera settings are as usual, choose the appropriate white balance and exposure.
Hi Roman! I love your work. I used your lut on my latest video. If you have time, feel free to check it out and see if you have any suggestions on what I can improve with using the luts. Really happy with thte purchase btw:)
Nobody handles the FX30 like you do, the shots and the grade are just above and beyond. Looks like it's shot with an ARRI Alexa or Red Raptor.
Thanks so much !!!
Totally agreed 👍

Great! Thanks! In the nearest future it will be mostly nature, there are no plans for urban yet. But I will keep this in mind, thanks for the comment.
The colors look absolutely amazing!

Thanks mate! I wonder how I’ll keep filming them when they’re all grown up and living on their own haha 😅
@@RomanHense Right?! They'll have to just deal with the fact that dad is a filmmaker and they will always be on film lol
😏👍
Really nice shots Roman. Eerie, moody atmosphere like a scary movie!
Thanks so much!

would love to see some lens flares with the argus
You can watch at the very end of the video where the car's headlights shine into the lens.

Awesome, Which of the three LUTs did you use for the color grading? Lut 24, Lut 24-5, or Lut 24-6?

I have manual. I think the rest are manual too
Hello Roman, when you captured in BMPCC4k did you record your videos on the camera in 60frames? 30 or 24? And in the end you edited in 24?
Hello, 60 and 24 only.
impressive how you get the most out of the sony fx30, do you use your lut for color grading?
Thanks so much! Yes, I always use my luts.
What focal length you used? All the shots the same focal length?
33mm. All shots the same focal length
@@RomanHense danke 🙏
Immer gerne ;)
Hey, do you use a monitor?
Hey, no I don’t
hense I just bought the LUT24-5, but I'm not very good at using it. I don't know how to contact you.
Thank you very much for your purchase! You can write right here.

How to make the facial light and shadow of a character more even and moisturized? What are the requirements for camera shooting settings and lighting?
