I’ve just found his videos on TikTok literally today and I have binge watched it , he’s hillarious , I was hurting crying with laughter 🤣
I found him 3 days ago. I am from Serbia and having hard time understanding everything but more I watch the more Scouse I am becoming :) Paul is so funny I am dying laughing even with 20% of what I understand. But his character is what I get 100%. So natural, so intelligent. I just think that he is destined to perform in UK because of his accent. And I think its not bad at all. I am thinking to fly over to Liverpool to see him. I am sure I am not the only one..
If you guys wonder how on earth someone from Serbia would watch Paul, answer is simple - we as people have so much in common. Humor especially. Only fools and horses are the most watched show here after the UK I think. Cheers from Belgrade!

Hearing Paul talk about his son's autism on stage was great for me as another autism dad, most people will think he's over exaggerating or making stuff up because they have no experience with it but his stories really hit home and make me laugh because I've experienced everything he's talked about and it's soo hard, it's amazing to hear someone see the funny side of it and share it 👍
I'm in the same boat pal n I agree with wat u say 100% it made me think differently, went to see him in Leeds wen he was in town n it was a great nite if uve not seen him live go n do it u won't be disappointed 😊

Used to gig with Paul back when I lived in the UK. Even over a decade ago he was knocking it out of the park. He was a gent off stage, too. Glad to see he's getting the attention he deserves!

The honesty and introspectivness of these two is breathtaking props for this discussion both of you are legends in my book
17 years I was at it, I took drugs not to have a good time but to forget my past turned out once I finally got sorted found out I suffered with ptsd and had to have therapy sessions which were pretty hard but they really helped now I'm a support worker helping other people with there addictions alot of people who have suffered at the hands of addiction find its trauma based and taking drugs or mind altering substances helps them either escape reality or dims down what's happened to them but this being said the problems still there tomorrow when you wake up and I don't know about you guys but I hated coming down off drugs not just because I knew the problems were going to be there but coming down I wanted to just die now I'm 3 years sober studied for a year so I could work in rehabilitation which I always wanted to do
I love how u say how you feel james and don't try to be something your not. There's not much of us built like that
I’m about 6 podcasts deep and it’s truly changing my life. I now know I’m not the only one with these mad thoughts! Seeing insight to other peoples lives is massive & I wish you all the luck in your journey 💯💯💯

Quality podcast James - we went to see Paul mid December and he was pure class., laid into me proper! Real belly laughs the whole show. What a honest approachable bloke, loved this podcast.

‘That tells me your not in a good place bro’ so honest and open, something we all need to do, be open with people, open up about your feelings, open up about everything, theirs nothing wrong with talking about how you’re feeling, theirs always someone who’ll want to sit and listen to what you’ve got to say.
I grew up on the estate (page moss) across the field from canny farm (Stockbridge village) and I can tell you now it was a tough estate canny farm back in the day...its great to see one of the lads come out of that estate and do so well. We all in some way struggle with mental health problems and it's true that it defines us in great ways as characters if we can learn to accept those issues.
Such a great podcast this was, I've never seen James open up with a guest about his own issues with such confidence...these two guys will surely be great friends forever more. Thanks to both of you for sharing your time and great words.

This is a great watch. I've had struggles over the years and comedy takes it out of my mind. Seen Paul in Newcastle when a lad threw a joint on the stage for him. It's good to see the real side of him and how he has calmed down. I first seen James on have a word podcast and his stories are mental and its good to see that he has a different outlook on life to when he was in a bad place. I admire people like that.
Definitely one of the best pod casts to date. Both good genuine lads and good to hear how they feel about things
You have changed the game james When I was introduced to podcasts it was always joe rogan but since my mate told me about your podcast I’m addicted because you bring story’s which ordinary people like me never hear about! Love how real you are and how no matter who the guest you give them a chance to give they’re story and that’s impressive mate! also we learn about your story within these talks you have. I’ve followed you for a while now and your story is more inspiring than any! keep your foot on the pedal and don’t slow down because your killing it mate!
Profound how much I can relate to what your talking about. From a crazy youth to self awareness and improvement. The honestly you speak with is unbelievably refreshing, thank you!
I'm a recovering addict from Scotland living in a treatment centre in Birmingham and I identified alot with that share. Its mad we get comfortable sitting in discomfort I.e alcohol and drugs
The similarities are that we look for instant gratification by buying things like watches expensive clothes and cars.

Smashed it again James, related massively to this and couldn’t agree more with the cold water therapy and wim hof methods. It’s a slow process for me but I feel like it’s the only thing that’s reset me and helped me with moving forward in life.

One of my favourite interviews, with 2 people that dragged me through lockdown,
Covid,losing my mother, losing my nan, losing myself nearly...
Anyway just wanna say thanks to Paul and James because everytime I was crying or at my wits end I would put one of them on. Depending on my mood was either a gangster on with James but mostly the dark humour of paulis the joker, amazing dark sense of humour and delivery. He defo saved my life along with my mom's dog.
So real and down to earth man. Enjoy the fruits of your labour Paul. Soon as you said orange Lambo, I thought that's cus kids took the piss out of his ginger hair!!
