On the subject of breweries and food... It's a legal requirement here in New Zealand to serve food at every establishment that also serves alcohol. I went to a brewery that informed me of this law when I enquired about their menu, followed by a comment that they'd much rather just serve beer.
Keep the shed. Easy for me to say as I don't have a penny invested.

Here in Australia it''s hard to find an insurance company that will cover old wooden boats at a reasonable price, how is it in Canada Peter ?

You definitely come up with some wacky ways to solve a problem. Interesting idea with the strip flooring in a boat.
The floor looks really great. My only concern is the rear corner of the sole piece that was cut down. It looks like it needs a small ledger. However you are there and I’m many thousand miles away so maybe have got it wrong. Thanks again for a great video.

Thats great, but does your best to know how to do that.

You could put that flooring down with some outdoor double back carpet tape, if it does buckle it'll be easier to get it back up
As a native of Oregon, Canada is just about the only other place I would choose to live. We do live in a very special place on this planet.
