Wtf this ranking? Doflamingo are good coc user. Dressrosa scene is the best explanation. His shicibukai afterall. Perhaps below katakuri a lil bit. Should rank all the character that already awaken and master it not like ace didnt know how to use it yet. Zoro, Kid both not yet master it. But it the future they should be. Garp is not confirmed to be a user of Conqueror's Haki. So, I have not included him in this list. But he should have Conqueror's Haki cuz how could he otherwise even compete with the likes of Roger and Xebec?

Chinjao in his prime is stronger than Ace, Doflamingo, Boa, Katakuri, Kid, Zoro and Yamato.
Doflamingo after awakening his devil fruit is probably stronger than Boa.
Kid is likely stronger than Zoro and Yamato.
Kaido in his prime condition is stronger than Luffy, Sengoku and Rayleigh.

I accept that whitebeard was on another level than shanks but he was powerful because of his devil fruit not his conqueror's haki
