Don't want to sound like a Karen here but this imperfect image is having difficulty finding it's "perfect" it seems. From software to hardware incompatibilities, lack of precise and adequate technical support, market being flooded with cheap knock-offs, fakes and unethical competition, viruses, bugs, hackers etc. (you name it) and the list goes on and on and on...
