- Explanation: I'm doing the combo Memory Wipe T4 + Reboot Optics T2 + Audio Shock Iconic to knock out enemies. RAM Allocator refills your RAM by 45% of your max RAM whenever you drop below 20% of your max RAM. Whenever another cyberware implant is fully used, Quantum Tuner instantly restores its cooldown up to 50 seconds. With cooldown bonus from attunement, Cyborg perk under Technical Ability and Quantum Tuner the cooldown for the RAM Allocator is very low. This allows the Quantum Tuner to refill the cooldown of RAM Allocator multiple times in a row.

This is some math optimization level shit. I usually just pump all my points into HP regen and use overclock
Yes, Overclock mode with health upgrades and Biomonitor is the way to go for early and midgame. This build idea requires the Quantum Tuner, which you only can get after the Phantom Liberty story, so it's more an endgame strategy. You can use it as alternative to Overclock mode or combine both for even more hacking.

@@davidgibson3481 You get the Quantum Tuner after you helped Songbird escape to the moon. She will contact you after this ending and you get the location where you can pick up the Quantum Tuner cyberware. If you choose a different ending you don't get it.
Regarding total RAM you want 20 Intelligence, Ex-Disk, RAM Reallocator, Smart Link and a fully upgraded Tetratronic Rippler. The Cyberdeck alone adds 16 RAM if I remember this correctly.
@@crazy-tommy I've only played it through once, however I got the ending where Reed takes Songbird off of you at the 'airport'. Probably should have killed Reed ..
