Officially 2 months off...Im trying no gluten now, still fish oil and thats all. Working out, and meditation. This 2 months off seems better than the last 2 times. So its all adding up!

Im 6 months off. This is a huge achievement. I still dont feel that great, but Im trusting God. And will continue the journey. Im eating more fats and protein, grounding, and getting outside.

@R.L.Kramer Im still really fragile. Pms time doesn't help. If i dont go to bed at 8ish Im really brain foggy. Ive accepted its my our unique journey and not to compare. Hardest thing I've ever done. My gut still says medication isn't the answer.

Hi. How are you? Im back listening again for support. I just love her and what you brought up as well. Im still using her Zoom call services 2 times a week. Oct. 9th I'll be off concerta 2 months. I've been doing yoga and keeping life simple. I'm trying to be playful and mindful with my son, who's almost 4. But it's like I'm so blah. Dysphoria she describes. I started on magnesium and have been taking good fish oil. Tumeric and olive oil. Gluten maybe a few times out of the month. More nature and grounding. I'm still doing cold showers and cold baths. When that time of the month comes, it's a lot harder. Be glad you didn't have to deal with that. I just cry more and feel even more hopeless. BUT I know I'll do this with time and God.

Hi April, it’s going well. So glad this podcast has helped you. I have 5 or so that I have recorded that should be coming in the coming months and more videos. I have been cooped up putting the finishing touches on my book, which should be softly launched this weekend and then big (to me ) release on Oct. 11. So I have just been in mania mode working on this book. I’m so grateful. I get it the blah. Life can feel kid of dull when we land back without the stimulation we are used to. It’s an adjustment. I feel the hope in your words and im proud of you.

I’m tapering cymbalta. Currently at 20mg. What advice does she have for this drug given that she says it is the hardest to get off?

Godspeed on your medication departure. You’d have to check with her for the answer to that - freerange.org
