I love love love those nyx sticks. I have bags under my eyes that have a dark purple hue that runs underneath them. Color’s correctors just don’t hide it for me until I picked up the reddish color one of those sticks. Looks crazy when I first put it on like really dark and you’d think my concealer wouldn’t hide that darkness but it sure does along with the dark purple that runs under my bags and it stays smooth all day
I am in love with the Elf liquid blush in Gorge Orange. I only put one dot on, then blend it out with a stipling brush. It is very bright, but when you blend it out, it is simply beautiful.
Im also in love with the elf lip oil, specifically in the brown nude shade! I also finally tried the nyx butter gloss... Very late to the party but i love it!!

I think Essence and Milani make the best drugstore eyeshadow! The Elf camo blush is beautiful but I got the coral shade and not too keen on that but yes the formula is nice. Nice array of products you reviewed. My recent fave product is the cute little liquid blush from K-beauty Sheglam in the shade Love Cake. Love the little applicator sponge. Nicely pigmented. Layer with powder blush for a long lasting blush.
I use this Unbelieva-brow long wear brow gel in brunette. It was a complete game changer for me with my peach-fuzz blonde brows as a brunette. You just brush it on, and I love how it makes my brows look and feel fuller wearing it. It's also waterproof. Just thought I'd share my brow story! lol

Revlon had an undereye brightener in a very pale pink I still have somewhere in my makeup room. From the Wayback Machine: I bought a Maybelline roll on lip gloss as a teen that one of my peers described as having the consistency of cooking oil, lol. She wasn't wrong-- it felt so weird on the lips. I recently bought Revlon 570 Stunning eyeshadow quad that has two sets of pretty-in-the-compact shades I'm still trying out. Not sure how I feel about them just yet.

Zabrena, I just got the Morphe loose powder in pink. It’s amazing on the skin. Blurs imperfections and really adds a candlelit glow to the face for around 13 dollars. Another great video! ❤
I'm going to check out the blush (the dusty rose looks pretty), and the skin tint. Funny how Revlon keeps coming out with good products, but we (at least I don't) ever hear about them! That kind of serum tint is what I like & the non-drugstore ones are so expensive! Thanks for mentioning 'hidden gems' as well as more publicised items!

YES... that Elf lip oil is amazing. So pretty & comfortable. I don't think that any of them are highly pigmented btw... I purchased one that I thought for sure would be darker (can't remember the name) but the pigment was very subtle. Still, it was pretty. So happy to see you! Whatcha baking??? 😃

Have you tried the Essence Double Trouble mascara? I love it (bought it twice now) and my sister loves it (also has repurchased). I haven't had any flaking or transferring while wearing it. I realize this video is not new but I’d been watching you for several years, and I had just kind of checked out of beauty TH-cam for awhile- maybe close to a year. This is the first one I picked to watch and omg Zabrena I think this is one of the best looks you’ve done. Ever. Idk what you changed other than testing new products but 1. Your skin looks incredible and I was actually wondering if you’d had work or laser treatments or a peel bc if it’s just the makeup that skin combo is everything! 2. I felt like the placement or technique you used on your eyes…maybe the liner? Looked super lifted and really flattering. It just looks different from what I remembered, like you had a spa trip or a vacation. Maybe you were just really happy this day! Everything is looking super hydrated, fresh, plump, lifted. Let me clarify I think you’re always super gorgeous and look amazing with or without makeup but everything product wise that you tested or whatever you were doing with skincare is A+++ for this video.

@Zabrena just a heads-up about the Elf Pout Clout. I have the color Bust a Mauve, which to me is a little more of a browny nude (which I love). However, as it fades from my lips, it looks almost pink, possibly a side effect from the slight plumping action. I am not a fan of pink lips on me. I also have the color Wicked Cherry that I'm going to try today. Just wanted to be transparent about the product. It might not be for everyone.
I had one of those maybelline eyeshadow sticks and I hated it. It was so difficult to blend and set almost immediately. I stick to the elf ones mostly, but i do like the laura mercier and the bobbi brown ones.

It breaks my heart, but I’m going to have to give up my eye shadow palettes. They are all drugstore, but I’m going blind in my good eye and won’t be able to tell what color is what in the palette. I’m going with a single shade eye shadow and I can do mascara without stabbing myself in the eye. But I don’t have a clue how I’m going to do my eyebrows. If anyone has any ideas, I’m open to them.

I just tried the NYX corrector today for the first time and I LOVE IT. Best corrector I have ever used and does slip off your face.

Expensive for Target, but finely milled powders have always been considerably higher. Revlon Photoready Candid is a pretty good product for the money.

How would you compare the Nyx color correcting stick to the ELF putty eye brightener? I like the ELF but detest anything I have to stick my fingers in!
Try a synthetic bristle flat concealer brush. I know how you feel...I've got the same dislike for placing my fingertips into little pots of makeup.

Now I'm singing it LOL We just made banana muffins for the weekend but before that I was making cupcakes and cake for a belated birthday party (Jett's birthday is December 30 so we had his party in February) ... we also made cupcakes for a church potluck get together, oh and Valentine's Day sugar cookies with beet powder as a natural colorant for the pink icing ... we've been having fun in the kitchen here!

It breaks my heart, but I’m going to have to give up my eye shadow palettes. They are all drugstore, but I’m going blind in my good eye and won’t be able to tell what color is what in the palette. I’m going with a single shade eye shadow and I can do mascara without stabbing myself in the eye. But I don’t have a clue how I’m going to do my eyebrows. If anyone has any ideas, I’m open to them.
