Vic, I totally agree with your comment about staying in budget hotels. If you want to get up totally refreshed the next morning, you need to get a good nights rest at a hotel that has good and comfortable beds and mattresses. The last thing that you would want is to try to sleep on a mattress where the spring are popping out of the mattress or the mattress is sagging to the point that you are falling out of the bed. I would also like to comment that I always try to avoid staying at hotels that are located at or close to international airports as you will hear the noise from the planes flying in or taking off from the airports virtually all night long. The Airport Hilton Hotel in Dorval (Montreal) is a perfect example of this. The airport is so noisy that no one can get a good nights sleep, and yet because it is operated by Hilton Hotels you are paying top dollar for a room.
+Michael Friedman You are absolutely correct Michael, I have been travelling for so many years and have stayed in a wide variety of hotels in my life but the primary target for me, at this point in my life, is to get some rest and not to have to worry if someone comes in the room drunk, if someone snores, etc...
I did not understand anything you said because I do not understand English very well, but found the island beautiful and this place is where the day Dawn's a lot in front of almost every place on the planet
Lovely video of the bus ride around the city of Nuku'alofa. The music while enjoyable was really very loud which after awhile can become anoying. I am assuming that the bus drove around with the doors open because this created a nice breeze for the bus driver and the passengers as well. I know that the heat and humidity can really build up in the bus while it is driving around the city of Nuku'alofa with the sun beating down on the roof of the bus. Given the age and the condition of the bus, I can imagine that the bus ride is certainly not a smooth one, and that there is no air conditioning in any if these buses at any time.
+Michael Friedman You are right, the music can be very-very annoying. One day I arrived at a place around 45 minutes away from the city and I had to sit down for a few minuets, I was so dizzy. Of course, there is nothing that you can do or say, this is cultural after all... and yes, it does get very hot at times, none of the buses have A/C...
I wish you explain where you were going but never mind , I I notice though even with the Tongans when they want to get your attention, never mind. No one got it yet, lol
hahaha omg the music is so loud but you can ask the driver to turn it down and he will be very kindly turn down the volume😊 but thanks anyway for your videos i enjoy watching your Vanuatu tour also our Kingdom of Tonga☺👍

I noticed that many of the roofs are corrugated metal which must sound awful during a heavy downpour..had similar experiences in visiting Malaysia

+VanIsleBC It is certainly a problem, but it is also a problem in so many other parts of the world...
