I got it!!! Last week I finally get my 100% on the game, after more than 16 years since the first time I played!! To lip on the light: I used the R1 just before getting to the light and then pressed "down" + "triangle". This helped me in other goals of the game too.

In skate hard from sewers you just need to hold the r2 or l2 button and it will do the jump more high !
