Using the leftover Malvani prawn curry gravy with chicken should work well. Just keep a few things in mind:
Store the gravy in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days or freeze it for longer.
When you reheat it, taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Cook the chicken thoroughly in the gravy to ensure it absorbs the flavors.
If stored and reheated properly, the gravy should still be delicious with chicken.
