I don't use a gunstock. Just 'free hands'. To be honest with you, i've played airsoft for while and have gotten used to how my airsoft rifle felt in my hands while aiming. So i replicate that by locking the elbow of my trigger arm into the side of my stomache. And my front hand is almost 'stabbing" forward. I think you know what i mean, if not. Look up rifle C-clamp on google images. Thats basically it. Helps with stability. Also, most of my hours in VR are in shooters. So there's that too. You have to get used to the rifle not having any weight IRL. And once you get past that, you can do things like point shooting instead of ADSing etc etc.
If you like rainbow six siege, and wanna play it in VR... This game is your best bet. Even just offline vs bots can be pretty fun. If you can spare the money, go for it!
The first experience was pretty bad with this game :D lots of little kids. Muting them didnt fix it either, they'd just stand in front of you and make noise etc... Good times.

This actually took me a while to figure out but... I am using a Quest 2 with a cable to play the pcvr version of the game on steam. When i launch, i pick the oculus version. Then i open up a program called Oculus mirror. You should have it on your pc if you have the oculus app installed. In there, you can change the fov scale. Go fullscreen, and then record that tab instead of the normal game tab. You can go up to 150 fov if you really want. I use 120 on both x axis and y axis, because the res scale in your goggles lowers when you increase the fov on your pc monitor. Then with sony vegas i zoom in a tiny bit so you never see black edges. And that's how i get increased fov, without black bars. I'm hoping the devs add a fov slider for the monitor view in the future as it would greatly smooth out the editting process for anyone recording. Hope that tells you all you need to know :D

Personal preference. And practice bro. My aim is decent most of the time but after playing for 2 hours or so, you get dialed in. Practice :)
