I really liked this kind of strategy. Parting knew he was overwhelmed with resources so he decided to play a much less mentally taxing game where sheer numbers would outdo any form of counterplays.
Exactly. The alternative would have been extremely mentally taxing where he sieges him and really had to play defense. Plus he was stuck with those Tier 1 units at the moment. It was a fantastic trade. He could have even gone into a more slow style after that if he wanted.
Almost 200 salads dead. The Grocery Store weeps rivers for its mighty children, strangled by the toxic exhausts of industry. (thank you, autocaptions xD)
Jeez, look at this Reach Mantoss lategame. I haven't seen this many zealots in one game since Brood War, I love it. A true man’s pride should be his zealots.
Heh, many of those fights reminded me of me (playing Zerg) getting trapped into playing roaches vs T. Its like "go go, we have 3 times and much stuff... aaaaand its dead" xD
Might not have been the best efficiency move, but damn he made the game fun to watch. I'd take this over those stupid late game army stand-off every time.
Casters: You are totally incorrect with your analysis that Parting is not following the best path. Efficiency is not the goal of Parting, it's WINNING. Parting is simplifying to a win. He KNOWS he will trade poorly but it doesn't matter, it's a sure win. It's just like in chess when you take a winning position and rather than follow the optimal "efficient" line, a line that requires effort and is fraught with danger, you make a suboptimal trade so you have a smaller advantage but an easier path. Starcraft is not about winning margin, but rather a binary proposition.
It's a bit horse shit that Parting just has to sit with a superior army because Terran has ridiculous turtle power. I mean Protoss has shield overcharge but that's limited time only.
Nah this game was about as close as some Polt bullying diamond Terran with marine only build on ladder. Literally Parting couldn't lose unless he makes multiple wood league lvl mistakes.
@@allhailderpfestor4839 Welp shows how much I know about PvT. All those terrible fights by Parting made me think so. I know he had full right to be cost-inefficient, but I probably pay too much attention to the resources lost tab.
Parting really broke Cure's fist with his face.
underrated comment
The overmind welcomes the newest cerebrate to the swarm...Executor Parting, lol.
"Cure weather's the storm even though there was no storm researched this game" haha, top-notch commentary!
Look, just let the man enjoy his Blink Sta- _WHY ARE THERE SO MANY ZEALOTS?!_ 😳
27 gateways warp-in KEKW
Love the 22 zealot warp in. No more bank for you
Warp in Stalker Zealot, click attack move into the enemy, and they left the game.
No, it's more like. Why are so many zealots and why are they so big and thick??!1!1! 🥵🥵🔥🔥😈😈

Even though I'm a Terran main, PartinG's zerg was so enjoyable I cheered for the Protos

I just wonder why he didn't make more archons during those fights after the emps hit the dts
Reminds me of a sc2hl video which was called "Efficiency is for the poor" with serral constantly sending allah Wabanelings and lings.
I think PartinG knew the game was won and was just messing around, hence him laughing at the end of the video.
StarCraft is a game of numbers
Parting's on 9 bases, let the man have his fun
More Zealots died in this match than the total number of Marines, Marauders and Ghost made.
Parting using zealots like zerglings
Parting is Farting zealots. It never stops lol.
Typical Terran vs Zergoss with Swarmlots, Stalkerisks and Bane Templar.
Qualitative analogy, I'm liked.

The infamous Protoss swarm
tfw you make some mistakes in the early game and suddenly you are 4 bases behind
PartinG playing Zerg, too bad Cure was playing against Protoss, and didn't recognize that quick enough .
Parting : invented soul train
Also Parting : wins inefficiently
I loved that style of play, so refreshing!
Kek Parting always makes a meme game ranging from heavy throw tl godlike micro to wacky game like this.
This is why I love him
Remember when Parting was known for rekting with blink stalker efficiency
How things change
200 zealots dead alone is about two entire mineral lines worth of minerals lmao
Are there easier ways to win when you're economically ahead by that much? Yes, but Parting knows those ways aren't as fun.
I have never seen warping 25 zelots at the same time
This was a very fun game to watch. He had 9 bases at one point
Watching the end of this match was hilarious
Fighting with his SOUL as always
Zerg is op even when they are Protoss.
Thank you Blizzard, there is no more charge damage. Either Parting would be godlike
7:50
You r about to witness a mass zealot&DT friendly fire
oof
Its rare to see a Protoss win with mass Gateway late game
My minerals for Aiur
10:23 those poor DT deserved better
Someone should tell him he's playing the wrong race lol.
Commentary was so smooth brained. Parting knows what he is doing, stop trying to criticise because you dont understand.
wait for real sc2hl? you're not gonna upload the proxy nexus probe rush?
What game was that? That's something I've got to see
Where can I get the link haha
