- Recently, I was looking back at my archive to see what I haven’t published yet and actually found this AW episode that was already published before on YT.... well, until the original uploader got terminated. And so, I decided to republish this AW episode. I apologize for the bad quality in both the audio and video.... and of the problem with synchronization.

Edwyn, thank you so much for uploading this wonderful "Another World" episode! I especially like this episode because I get to see Blaine and Sandy, who are two of my favourite characters! I so wish that they had stayed on "Another World" longer! :-)
Hi Tony I here that Laura molaone Blaine Ewing was fire December 30/1984 because she gained weight and refuse to go on die she did not think the network and Procter gamble would fire do you know anything about it because you love another World like I do
@@tonyhassan7117 I heard the same story about P&G firing Laura Malone because she refused to lose her baby weight, which is shameful! :-(
@@paulasfigureskating5612 i dont think its shameful..say if thomas ian griffen as catlin gained 50 lbs and refused to diet ...he would be fired...man or woman they were hired not only on acting talent but physicial appeal....thats life in the real world!!!
@@hhhh-xb9py I will agree to disagree because men are far more often given the benefit of the doubt when it comes to their physical appearance more so than women! Also, there is more of a bias and judgment against heavier women than men. In addition, men cannot get pregnant and do not have to deal with putting on extra pounds do to pregnancy.
@@paulasfigureskating5612 i appreciate that but in no way would any leading man be kept on if he gained 50 lbs and refused to lose it...its about ratings and money...men and women have to starve /workout to get and keep work...but maybe im not the best judge im a hairstylist and i believe if i dont do my best to look my best the position should go to someone else its a looks orientated profession...just as a 190 handsome buff man will be a bouncer in a bar before the 145 lb man...that being said i dont believe in hiring one person over another based on facial attractivness ...but weight...most of us can control...im currentley 35 lbs over weight ..why??? ...because latley im eating to much and being lazy!! Lol...men or women...somethings are equally disriminated against...ask any poor fat guy in a bar...it all comes diwn we all just want to be happy ...

Unfortunately, I’m not sure. But I tell you, him batting his eyes is also a fun thing to watch.

If this is a slate from an '83 broadcast, then why does the NBC camera in the background have the 70s red and blue trapezoidal N? Shouldn't it have the 1979 11-feathered Proud N?
This is definitely from the 80s. Maybe they never changed the logo on the camera.
Hi Edwyn, I like how you have soaps that go so far back...I just wish it were the ABC soaps. Those were the shoes I was raised on...however I feel I should be watching these as well! Coz all the soaps uses to be great. I was always attracted to high drama and terrific writing right down to the organ music! Maybe I will give them a try, if anything to see if I recognize actors from any of the shows I watched soaps off and on between 1985-2010. A lot I missed because if school. Are you studying to become an actor or graphic designer for one. I bet you'd be great at either or. You even have the fresh looks if a soap actor. Well keep up your good work. If I remember, ieil follow your page from time to time to see what you have posted and best wishes!
