The cost?
We booked in March and paid 12k for Premium room (Towers double category) with 2 meals.

The voice quality is very poor. Nothing is audible. Why are you wearing a mask in the room when you are alone? Also mask below nose is no good.

How was overall experience?
They strictly follow COVID norms and yet mostly activites were operational. Hotel follow "no plastic policy". Food and overall service was really good.

Yes buffet is available and swimming pool is also operational.
