The climax has the highest notes on Earth. And I remember when I tried singing Christine's parts for the first time, I couldn't hit the C6 notes, but somehow, I hit an E6 without any practice. It was shocking.

did you have to do any sweetning to cover up trace vocals or did the track come like this, either way it's AMAZING!
I found a click track online which mainly had the organ, guitar and drums with a faint orchestra, I added the rest of the orchestra, so there were never any voices to begin with!

Through software using a very realistic sound set! I have to insert each note for each instrument by hand so some songs take days to complete, this was one of them.

The upper notes on the score (which are square, not round) are not supposed to be played, it helps the violin player to know how to put his/her fingers on the string, and which string to play, but it will not sound like this. The real sound is the other note, but 1 or 2 octavas up... You still can hear it on this track, guess it was on the original PB ;o)

As a POTO lover, I am also a little knowledgeable on the subject. Like for example, that the modernized Broadway version is the one with the electric guitar accompaniment on the bridge specifically where "in all your fantasies ..." begins, how did you manage to get this version? Whenever I wanted to look for an instrumental, I came up with the old versions, where Sara Brightman and Michael Crawford originally sang. Excellent.
Found a track with guitar, organ and drums online and merged it with my self-made orchestral track 😊

Excellent! Brilliant sound and extremly nearby the original version. But at around 01:57 till 01:59 it sounds that the trilled played flute doesn't play the correct notes. Never mind. Thx for sharing this great karaoke versions of the Phantom of the Opera! :D
It's in the strings actually, it's a weird written note, but's it's exactly what was written in the source material. If you sing the line there, it's not even that noticable ;)

@@spoonetti plot twist: this is the actual tapping bass sound. This is the original click track (without click) with an added orchestra, directly based on the 25th RAH performance!
@@ElineHomburg Original scores can have errors and this is definitely one of them. If you listen to the 25th Anniversary performance, they are E5-F#5-“G5” (the G5 is either not played, or barely audible) instead of F5-G5-A5.

Could I get a little help, please? I wanted to use this in a mashup, but in addition to this, I'll also need the version of this that _does_ have the vocals... and I can't find any version that goes with this specific instrumental, they're all different productions or recordings.
This is an issue because this is _by far_ my favorite instrumental for Phantom of the Opera, but if I can't find the version with the vocals, then I can't use this instrumental to isolate said vocals as part of a mashup I'm doing. Heck, I can't seem to find ANY full versions that match up to the instrumentals on TH-cam! I have _never_ had it be easier to find an instrumental than the original song!
Do you have the soundtrack of this version with the vocals? I'd be super-appreciative (and of course I'd credit you for the resources and help!)
Your best option would be the 25th anniversary recording with Ramin Karimloo and Sierra Boggess. That's what I based mine on. The acoustic guitar was added after the 2004 film so that eliminates quite a few versions.
