Yes it was! Absolutely amazing. I'm just a smidge younger than you, but I really enjoyed Steve Miller Band, even though I was really really young when most of his hits came out. Journey and Def Leppard were more from my middle and high school years.
Yay for pan on shade 7! Purples are so pretty on your eyes! Frankening a shadow into something usable is always a good idea! The shade 3 in the Marc Jacobs does look like Pac Man, lol!
Hi Jessica I am an eighties rock chick still 😂 so I really enjoy Def Leppard and Journey. Sounds like my type of gig/concert. I did so many festivals and gigs (and motorcycle rallies) in the eighties and nineties 😂 that my ears were ringing for days. Fortunately I didn’t damage my hearing too much 😂, but that style of music is still my favourite. As to the palettes I think they both have visible progress so that’s always good. I refuse to stress about panning too as it’s supposed to be fun. I’m not involved in even half the projects you are and still didn’t complete everything in my last project that ended recently. I’m not worried about it though and I learned a lot about realistic goals for me (it was my first ever project). I don’t and didn’t stress about it. Best wishes x
Sadly I did damage my hearing some back then. I had so many friends in bands and we would always be right up at the stage near the speakers. 🤦♀️ I now have tinnitus in both ears and can't hear certain tones.
@@JessicaLee.3 I’m sorry to hear that. Tinnitus has many causes and the very occasional bouts of it I have are due to nerve damage in my neck. My hearing has been checked again just recently and is well within normal range for my age. I’m sorry you have lasting damage from the loud music x

I wonder what color you could make if you fraken that pink you don’t like withe the purple your trying to get pan on??? You are doing great on the purples. Actually both pallets you are.
If it is not too much of a bother, I would love to see or hear how you use eyeshadow on your nails (the technique, the brushes?). So many people talk about it, but I am really not sure how you guys do it without ruining the shadow in the pan. 😂
