- A day after an apartment building collapsed in Haryana's Gurugram, claiming two lives, the state government said that two DSPs will investigate the matter. An FIR has been registered and Police have booked the builder and the construction contractor. Residents protested over the incident. Police have sealed the gates of the housing complex. NDRF and the State Disaster Response Force carried out rescue operation.

Our country should focus on such issues then communal divide . The quality of building is so bad that how often we hear building collapsing , bridge collapsing and road cracking . And recently we gt to hear of 20000 Cr of fraud by ABG group . We need to address corruptions and serious step against such corruptions and fraud . This is not only gurugram same with quality of flats in noida and even in Maharashtra where I saw building made of only card board and poor quality material .

Cement and steel are GST paid items and with proven qualities, it's all about the negligence of builder and poor quality purchase of aggregate and sand which results in cracks and in future decrease the strength of structure.

@@hdvideosworld9957 That's only a perception, cement is only a binding agent, if you not use good used quality material it will not stay for longer period and building will collapse like this only and builder used to minimise the cost and purchase low cost material.
How can gst control how much cement or steel used ? We arnt the most corrupt country fr no reason . Our focus should be on this why do we Indians are being given sub quality product when we don’t pay at less price.

Every builder constructs low quality building... but this is extreme.. if building cant stand for 4-5 yrs,, then there is no cement used, only sand is used..
the fault is with residents also, they shld have done their due diligence while construction of their respective flats..
