      @@ProperHonestTech I will check this out as your videos are so helpful. I was sure that you had mentioned in one of your previous videos that you could make a template in Notes but I can’t remember which video or when. Was I imagining it? If not can you remind me please as to which video it was mentioned in. I want to make a packing template for my holidays.

    • @ProperHonestTech
      @ProperHonestTech  6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@trinablum7102 I can't recall which video I mentioned it in, but the template is in Reminders, not Notes. Go to Reminders, choose Add List, create your packing template, then go into the list, tap the menu button in the upper right corner, and choose Save as Template. (this is actually covered in the training portal also! :)

    When the iPhone first came out, a huge thing about it was how intuitive operations were.
    They’ve gone so far away from that now, as evidenced by how many videos you get to make explaining features we would struggle to find or even know were there.

    • @deborahgimbel599
      @deborahgimbel599 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@johnfox1823 I knew all but one of these tips tbh. I like to take time to explore any of the tech I own and it’s actually easy to see what is available to us, especially with iOS. The real issue is that most people don’t have the curiosity to tinker with their tech and learn all that it does - they need their hand held instead.

    I’ve been using the medication reminder for quite a while now. Although I’m pretty good at remembering, a change in my daily routine (eg holidays) does mean I sometimes forget.
    You can also look back and check if you have any days where you didn’t record/take the medication.

    Hi Tom. Query about passwords.
    Any tips for remembering whether you signed up for a service/app/website with email, google, apple etc? I’m often confronted with this and have to go through a search process to find the correct one. Particularly when going from phone to mac or vice versa.

    I always love your videos! I’m having an issue with one tip. For deleting apps I haven’t used in a while. I did this- settings>general >iphone storage >size and change to last use date. Scroll to bottom and tap ‘show all’. Bottom again>swipe right to left > here’s the issue- it doesn’t give me those boxes with the option to delete the app as it shows in your video. It opens to a new screen where it shows me the details of the app. I can’t swipe on that either. For reference, I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Any thoughts?

    In your promotion for iPhone essentials plus, you put a QR code on the screen. Is there any way for me to actually scan this? I can understand using the camera to scan a printed QR code, but how do you scan a QR code that is only on the screen?

    • @nipatus82
      @nipatus82 8 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      From my understanding, the QR code is there for the audience watching the video from a PC, tablet, TV, etc. If you want to scan it from the same device that you are watching the video, simply do a screenshot and then scan the screenshot.
