Good question my friend. Yes, our method is the same, each coffee name represented the amount of milk and microform that goes into the coffee. For eg: flat white is a 6oz drink with less foam whereas latte is a 8oz - 12oz drink with more foam than the flat white.
Depending on the temperature sometimes grinder grinds coffee that doesn’t meet the recipe standard for espresso so we discard the coffee. If we use that coffee, it can either taste too bitter or sour which is not ideal so we keep an constant eye on every espresso shot that’s pulling out of the machine and adjusting the grinder accordingly. As specialty coffee shop we aim to work at highest standards and don’t compromise with the quality of coffee.

Why waste frothed milk?
Exactlyyyyy
because its not cold enough to make a cream again
@@TheMrMatazza no why do they waste the heated one ☝🏻
@@TheMrMatazza we mean why not put all that milk in to some bottle,, and then drink at home / give it to someone else or someone needed
Can you shout out Philippines? Im one of your fan ✨
