My favorite part was asking someone if they saw a skit and they missed it because they thought it was a real ad.

My favorite of the SNL ad parody genre is still Sam Waterston and robot insurance.

As someone who was diagnosed Stage 3 colon cancer a year ago, I was laughing hysterically watching this. I beat colon cancer following surgery and chemo.

Yeah. You can probably get the same idea from Fecal Occult Blood Tests that the patient collects at home.
I've actually screened with Cologuard and I have to say the process sort of feels like this! The box has a bucket in it and you have to poop in the bucket, add the chemicals, then screw the bucket closed and return the entire bucket to Cologuard in the same box. So I ended up standing in line at the UPS office holding this big white box with the Cologuard logo really big on all four sides. There was NO WAY everybody in that line didn't know exactly what was in that box. Talk about awkward!!
Same here! Then the woman ahead of me pulled her box out of a tote bag and I didn't feel so alone in my embarrassment.
Haha. I brought my box into UPS on February 14. I thought about telling the counter guy, Happy Valentines day.. here's a gift of my poop, but not sure how that would've landed.
Hmm...maybe this is a design flaw where Cologuard should just have people mail it back in a regular box. Then again the cologuard box lets UPS know they are handling doody so they are careful not to throw the box around cuz thats one box you definitely don't want to break open.

Not quite the same thing but when I was a student I once had to provide a *fresh* stool sample and bring it over to the lab personally before 10 am that day. That same morning my roommate introduced me to her new boyfriend and we sat in the kitchen together while they had a huge breakfast. "So, are you sure you only want coffee? Since when do you drink your coffee black? Ah, just a little yoghurt then. What, are you sure you want a cigarette? When did you start smoking???"

Retired UPS driver here.. I made up, and sang a song when I would deliver or pick up the Cologaurd boxes. It went a little like this :"poop in the box🎶 sit right down and poop in the box🎵..

I've done the Cologuard test before. Not only is Woody great in his roll, but Kenan as the UPS guy is, too. FWIW: UPS 'overnights' the boxes to Cologuard's testing lab for processing; the look on the face of the counter guy at the local UPS Store when I took my 'completed' Cologuard box in for mailing was a creepy 'I know what's in there!' just like Kenan's face. Mark this as a classic for the season.

People are looking at this trough the wrong perspective. They should find this amusing, have fun but not dish out completely the great and SIMPLE service it provides. Which is RARE in the health system. Just poo into it! It's much easier than collect your fesses to insert them in a tiny tube for lab analysis.

I used to work for this company and it's spot on when the box said, "I'm smiling because I love my job" in that creepy Stepford Wife way. Eerily accurate.

I refused the entire disgusting process. Into the dumpster it went. You can have a much less disgusting fecal occult test and pop the tiny specimen in the US mail. They (the US medical community) are trying to coerce patients into this new disgusting Cologuard when the fecal occult is just as effective.

SNL is alive and well.
You think it wouldn't be after everything it's been through over the years (deaths, behind-the-scenes drama, other sketch shows threatening to upstage it, the shift to Internet entertainment, political correctness killing humor, bad writing, miscasts, etc), but, unlike "The Simpsons", I can still laugh at Saturday Night Live, even if some of their episodes might not be funny 100% of the time (With "The Simpsons", I just pretend the show ended after the season 13 Halloween episode where Homer gets cursed by a gypsy fortune teller, Pierce Brosnan guest stars as an automated house trying to kill Homer so he can have Marge, and a broad strokes "Harry Potter" parody where Springfield Elementary is now a school for kid wizards).

This SNL season has been the best in quite a few years-- meaning just about all of the skits are well thought out and are laugh out loud funny!! A lot of talent has left but a lot remains. Kudos to the writers and behind the scenes staff👍🏻

@@DrewSoucy22 hmmm. That was a bit over the top. On a serious note that may not interest you, I had Colin cancer as well as my daughter 20 years later. I was 51 and she was 41 when she was diagnosed. We both did not have symptoms but got a colonoscopy. Mine was resolved with surgery but she needed surgery and chemo. I hope this funny skit makes everyone aware that testing is a great option we have.
