I freaking love my PS Vita. I bought the new slim model PS Vita(PCH 2001) just here recently. It's a growing collection to say to the least. LCD screen is actually really good, I like having dual analog sticks, and of course the games are good too.
Who thinks Blizzard should make a standalone Diablo for the Vita? :) i know im dreaming, it doesn't have AAA support from the West anymore but man it would be amazing.
I wish the Vita would get AAA support, or even 1st party support from Sony. But definitely check out Dungeon Hunter Alliance. It totally feels like a Diablo game.

3:40 I really enjoyed "Criminal Girls" - It's really good for those of us that are not very experienced with RPG's. Almost no grinding needed & only a couple bosses towards the end will you have to be careful with. There is a special ending to the game, a bonus hard level which was good fun - but if you are experienced in RPG's then it's prob not for you, unless you want something to kick back and relax with. I also got the platinum trophy for it, which means it's quite easy to do so (provided you go to the bonus stage at the end)
Y's Games on the Vita is THE best way to play...Man dude if I had the money I'd have me a huge collection of Vita games and systems I love them. Considering the PSP library on top of the Vita library that's a crap ton of games to play but owning them is so much cooler. Cool stuff man.

Yeah, I got started collecting for the PSVita at a good time. It is difficult to get a complete collection if you are starting now, partly because of all the Limited Run Games. But it's still possible, since there aren't too many physical games to begin with. The games you mentioned earlier are all really good though. I love Senran Kagura and Trails of Cold Steel, it's too bad the new games won't be on Vita, but I'll still play them on PS4. I just got Atlier Shallie Plus in the mail today. Not sure if you've picked that up, but it was available for a short time on the nisamerica store.

+Andreas Baier In Japan it is still selling fairly well. In the US we have a situation where everyone thought it would do well, so we bring all of the games here. Only the Vita didn't match the sales expectations. As a result, we got some very discounted games.

I'm currently building up my vita collection. I mostly only buy games that I would like, so sports games are absolutely a no buy for me. But it's so frustrating and difficult with all the expensive limited edition games that keep coming out. For the love of god, stop it already NIS and Aksys! Nah, I'm actually enjoying it. I've backed Bloodstained, but I missed Muv Luv trilogy so I really hope that wasn't kickstarter exclusive. Are you going for all the collector's edition or just standard edition. Some of them have gotten ridiculously expensive.
I just want to get the standard editions, but some games are only available physically in a collectors edition. You can still get in on Muv Luv, all you have to do is email muvluv@degica.com and ask them for an invite to the backerkit.

Are you collecting every vita and game made regardless of region? super impressive collection! I've got about 176 games now with a couple more on the way. I got in when Vita games were still in store and had games coming out, but then stopped buying for a couple of years after I moved and needed to save money. Everything is definitely more expensive now compared to even 2020, but I'm glad I got the games I did when I did for sure

+Johnson1966 GoHastings, GameStop, BestBuy, eBay, Amazon, NISAmerica, I used to find a lot more in stores, but lately that has mostly dried up in my area except for GameStop. I usually wait for some sales, specials or coupons from any of those stores before buying though. But it helps to have many places to check up on and keep up with current price trends. Sometimes you'll find a really good deal on something and it might pay off to grab multiple copies so you can trade.
Baikkai hey you like what you like but you have to say that there are some gems like persona 4 golden/dancing all night , gravity rush, xcom enemy unknown plus,freedom wars ,unit 13, final fantasy x/x2,plus you can't hate on remote play
I also love jrpgs, so I can't complain about their overabundance in the vita. But I do want to complain about the lack of other genres relative to the amount of jrpgs :(
Great line up, mate. Do you have any tips on getting a large collection, such as yours? I've got close to 300 games at the moment, but would like to expand to a wider selection across multiple platforms.
+hmwpyro18 Well, I'd say it's probably best to focus on only a few consoles at a time (preferably the ones you enjoy the most) , this allows you to really familiarize yourself with the prices and trends of certain games. This way you can quickly spot good deals. Get doubles when it is a great deal, you can sell or trade it later to help fund the collection. Many times I will get a few limited editions of new releases that I think will be niche or sell out quickly and I can usually sell these off a few months later at a higher price to help offset the cost of my own purchase. It helps to keep a little money set aside to fund things like this. In the long run you will save, so it's worth it.

I always feel like a broken record when it comes to the Vita but definitely look into import games. Some stuff you may have missed or may have even picked up since this video: IA/VT Colorful (Import Rhythm game) Hatsune Miku Project DIva F (Import) Superbeat XONiC (Rhythm game) Miracle Girls Festival (Import Rhythm game) Taiko No Tatsujin V (Import Rhythm game, noticing a trend?) Puyo Puyo Tetris (Tetris and Puyo import game) I believe those are all worth looking into, I'm not gonna bother mentioning obvious stuff like Trails of Cold Steel cause I don't thin kit was out when this video was made.
Yep, already grabbed the two non-import games you've mentioned. I'm mainly focusing on a full NA set, to keep my goals a bit more obtainable to start with, but eventually I'd love to grab all of the English imports someday. I did pick up quite a few imports in my update videos that I've posted since this one, thanks in part to the Heavy Arm Store.

Just ignore the haters who say this system is dead. It is actually a very good console, with tons of games. The problem is the haters dont play real games, they only want those AAAAA games like 10 cods, 10 fifa, 10 god of war, fuck those games... vita library is beautiful and deserves a space only for them in every real video game fan collection.

I used to play the 3DS but then I joined the PS Vita handheld master race I mean what is nintendo thinking selling a gaming system between the N64 and Gamecube in power today. I'll take my PS Vita with it's graphics that are close if not equal to the PS3 which is impressive for a handheld.
I do games one time I found it at gamestop for $17 and I was going to get it but I got borderlands the handsome collection for $18 two weeks later I went back and mgs hd was $25 still worth it

One day I might work on getting a large set of 3DS, but for now I find it best to focus on just a few systems at a time. If you are going for PS4, don't forget to grab an extra copy of Saturday Morning RPG on PS4 this Saturday at 6PM. Even if you don't want it for youself, you can sell it for more than you paid.
Yeah, you must not be watching on a PC. There is a annotation bar at the bottom for every game. I keep this updated, if there are any updates from Sony I change the annotation to reflect PSTV compatibility.
I made sure to definitely exploit the PS Vita TV when it was announced you could white list all games on it =P so many Vita games should work on PSTV but dont because devs couldnt be bothered but now it isnt an issue ^_^ P.S. As i say to anyone who posts videos like these thank you so much for supporting the Vita it is such an under appreciated console which most likely Sony could have fixed if they removed the proprietary memory card slot but oh well i bought a 64gb card so im set for digital goods =P
Uchiha Silver true true I'd say 95 percent vuta games shud work flawlessly on the pstv using the dual shock 4 with its centet touch pad and L and R 3s control which work as front and rear pad touch. I take that back....ALL vuta games shud work on the pstv DAMN Sony n devs lol

+Johnson1966 GoHastings, GameStop, BestBuy, eBay, Amazon, NISAmerica, I used to find a lot more in stores, but lately that has mostly dried up in my area except for GameStop. I usually wait for some sales, specials or coupons from any of those stores before buying though. But it helps to have many places to check up on and keep up with current price trends. Sometimes you'll find a really good deal on something and it might pay off to grab multiple copies so you can trade.

Baikkai hey you like what you like but you have to say that there are some gems like persona 4 golden/dancing all night , gravity rush, xcom enemy unknown plus,freedom wars ,unit 13, final fantasy x/x2,plus you can't hate on remote play
just cause u dont like the genre does not mean its not a game.
I also love jrpgs, so I can't complain about their overabundance in the vita. But I do want to complain about the lack of other genres relative to the amount of jrpgs :(

+hmwpyro18 Well, I'd say it's probably best to focus on only a few consoles at a time (preferably the ones you enjoy the most) , this allows you to really familiarize yourself with the prices and trends of certain games. This way you can quickly spot good deals. Get doubles when it is a great deal, you can sell or trade it later to help fund the collection. Many times I will get a few limited editions of new releases that I think will be niche or sell out quickly and I can usually sell these off a few months later at a higher price to help offset the cost of my own purchase. It helps to keep a little money set aside to fund things like this. In the long run you will save, so it's worth it.

Yep, already grabbed the two non-import games you've mentioned. I'm mainly focusing on a full NA set, to keep my goals a bit more obtainable to start with, but eventually I'd love to grab all of the English imports someday. I did pick up quite a few imports in my update videos that I've posted since this one, thanks in part to the Heavy Arm Store.

Good to see others who love it and have a big collection too. it's so addictive it's an amazing system, i should of gotten it ages ago i just got it a few weeks ago and it's so good! I love playing it when i get home from work or before i sleep
Just ignore the haters who say this system is dead. It is actually a very good console, with tons of games. The problem is the haters dont play real games, they only want those AAAAA games like 10 cods, 10 fifa, 10 god of war, fuck those games... vita library is beautiful and deserves a space only for them in every real video game fan collection.

I used to play the 3DS but then I joined the PS Vita handheld master race I mean what is nintendo thinking selling a gaming system between the N64 and Gamecube in power today. I'll take my PS Vita with it's graphics that are close if not equal to the PS3 which is impressive for a handheld.

Yeah, you must not be watching on a PC. There is a annotation bar at the bottom for every game. I keep this updated, if there are any updates from Sony I change the annotation to reflect PSTV compatibility.

I made sure to definitely exploit the PS Vita TV when it was announced you could white list all games on it =P so many Vita games should work on PSTV but dont because devs couldnt be bothered but now it isnt an issue ^_^
P.S. As i say to anyone who posts videos like these thank you so much for supporting the Vita it is such an under appreciated console which most likely Sony could have fixed if they removed the proprietary memory card slot but oh well i bought a 64gb card so im set for digital goods =P
Uchiha Silver true true I'd say 95 percent vuta games shud work flawlessly on the pstv using the dual shock 4 with its centet touch pad and L and R 3s control which work as front and rear pad touch. I take that back....ALL vuta games shud work on the pstv DAMN Sony n devs lol
