I've been watching oodles of Tom Baker convention appearances and then TH-cam served me this. That's... That's just SPOOKY. Now I want to hear him do the Bendu from Star Wars!
I’d never seen this before. It’s uncanny. The way he went from his voice to Tom’s was stunning. Culshaw is good but it’s always Culshaw. This was actually Tom. If you know what I mean.
I remember meeting Alister Pearson at the Lonely Planet Doctor Who Magazine signing in London in November 1989. He was a young man and signed my poster of the event along with Kevin "Silver Nemesis" Clarke , Dominic Glynn , Sylvester McCoy and some other Marvel Folk. Everyone was charming and friendly and most generous with their time.
“And what’s with that fackin’ coat?!”🤣 This actually sounds like Tom doing the ‘Symphony’ advert! What an astounding impression. Probably the best out there!😊👏👏
Playing this video and looking away from the screen "Whoa! Did Tom Baker enter the room?" I know I've already commented on this video. But seriously though, while Alister Pearson probably doesn't sound quite like old Tom sounds nowadays, he does sound uncanny like young Tom back in the day.
@DANGER MAN Don't use that pathetic language with me....about "Triggered"... its a difference of opinion. Culshaw is the weaker impression in my opinion.

Wow. He really gets it, down to his sibilants and inflection. Fantastic!
Fourth Doctor: "I SAY! You know, that's really rather good!"
I've never heard of this chap before but he is utterly brilliant. Close your eyes and it's Tom.
This is simply superb!
Eerily brilliant. Like a recording.
Simply amazing.
It is. Tom has one of the most distinctive voices on earth. Just one word and you know it’s him. Well, I did until I saw this.

Thats absolutely incredible 👏 so uncanny.
Ooooh...definitely the best ever! Hidden talent within artistic talent!
Amazing simply amazing, if you closed your eyes you would think that it was Tom baker
Whoa! I can't decide whether he sounds just as good or even better than Jon Culshaw with his Tom Baker impression. Someone offer him a jelly baby.
Please get your syringe out as your ears must be clogged. He is a million miles better than Culshaw.
@@rnw2739 Agreed, as good as Culshaw is at impressions his Tom Baker isn't great
This is uncanny
Thats amazing
Oh my word!!! Spot on
If you told me he was lipsyncing to actual audio of Tom, I would believe you. Incredible!
Give that man a Jelly Baby. He's really rather good.
totally made my day
Brilliant.
If he slowed down a bit I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Amazing.
Omg he really sound like Tom Baker
Better than any impressionist. He does it straight.
the best guy ever
Holy mother of God...
He's outdone Jon Culshaw! He's got to be miming this surely!
Alisteir Pearson will give Jon Culshaw a run for his money!😁
Don't get me wrong, I like Jon's talent but Alisteir is also good!
Alister does Tom Baker even better than Tom does himself. LOL. Absolutely superb.
The definitive voice of Tom Baker. He sounds more like Tom Baker than Tom Baker does. I am absolutely gob smacked by this.
Alistair leaves Culshaw for dust.
PER-FEC-TION…
Best Tom Baker's 4th Doctor ever!
Very good. Give that man a jelly baby.

Thsts pure genius
O M G
Wow
Classic BAKER
Superb !
That the Who artist ?!
Yes it is
brilliant much better than culshaw and why is he reading Patrick Troughton War Games E10 you thought it would something from Tom Baker's era
If he did something from Tom Baker's era, people could accuse him of miming to existing audio footage.
VERY VERY GOOD INDEED !
Hes better than culshaw
Woahhhhhhhh
I rather fancy this young fellow! What a bang on proper display-worthy of a jelly baby...or perhaps two..
Great tone but too fast.
Holee shit.
None of it is helped by the echo/sound.
This is good but Tom Baker is better XD
Jon Culshaw still beats this though.
Never.... His is a complete caricature and utterly identifiable as false.
@DANGER MAN Don't use that pathetic language with me....about "Triggered"... its a difference of opinion. Culshaw is the weaker impression in my opinion.
@DANGER MAN Exactly what I got in reply from DANGER MAN 😂
@DANGER MAN You may continue to deflect
@DANGER MAN I grant you permission to continue sobbing
Hes better than culshaw
That's was my first thought. The likeness is rather uncanny and brilliant.
It's true, it's perfect.
He's more subtle, Culshaw is the Fourth at his most frantic. Neither better or worse, just different notes.
@@richardwilliams5387 I find culshaw nails the most exaggerated aspects of toms voice but this guy nails the whole lot
