Was digging through some of my older unlabeled sound files and found this gem. Enjoy!

The old west was a very different time, there was no centrilzed police system in all towns and probably not in small towns like Jeb probably lived in. Back then the land was wild and untamed, in fact the critter that killed his mother might have been a coyete or bear. The only ideal solution is Increased firepower. And being this is the 1880s, weapons couldn't fire nearly as fast as they can now, so jebs machine must have been a lifesaver

Jebediah Brown. The true real hero of the zombies story line. Pack a punch has saved me more times than I can count.

@@user-uv8kw9nd2e you know it cant create drops on bo1. And eventually nothing is gonna work. The thunder gun is gonna run out of ammo and your fucked because there's no good weapon. Also the wunderwaffe on WW gets rid of jug. The sliquifer can easily kill you. The staffs unupgraded cant do anything. The bows are the only wonder weapons that can actually do something. The raygun is garbage. Raygun mk2 is garbage. The elemental ray guns will work but, they'll eventually run out of ammo aside from the raygun mark2v. The apothicon servant will lose ammonia quicker than the commando with double tap
Treyarch knew how to make shit fun. Every other attempt at zombies from other cod devs has lacked the amount of personality that treyarch had.
I think it's partially due to the fact they're trying too hard to emulate it. Treyarch stumbled upon an idea and made it for fun; everyone else has tried to make something similar for the sake of another selling point.
How don't het how you can say something by Treyarch is more fun then what was produced by Infinity Ward zombies, especially with how much passion there is in Lee ross compared to Blundell
IW made better zombies than BO3 tbh

TBH they only really had personality in BO2 and IW since they would randomly play their jingles throughout the match rather than only when you bought em. (Maybe BO3 also did this, I wouldn't know since shadows was so ebola I gave up on zombies in that game entirely).

The new zombies have music now. They just became greedy and worried more about money than the actual game. Back when developers loved making games and putting their heart and soul into them. That's why players want remastered games now.

No effort put in and any lovable characters like Russman and Misty are gone, and we get operators who dont interact and have 5 lazy voice lines. The pick-a-class is bullshit too. starting with a 1911 and grinding was way better than getting a super OP weapon and getting 8k by round 7 and packapunching.

Avery Faucheux totally agree. It's a mix of pop and rap, and I don't have much against pop or rap as long as they are played on the right stations and labeled properly. Amazing that they had the character Jeb Brown alongside the western theme in 2009. Now in 2019 they're revealing he lived in what came to be known as Resolution 1295, or Buried, and that he created it.
well apparently the missing picture in kino was supposed to be jeb brown and his part in the story was to explain the pack a punch help guide the crew but never got popularity by the devs therefore just the song
Resolution 1295 is in Angola, Africa. The western town below it was transported there through space-time because of the Element 115 at the site.

Group 935 recruited Scientists from all around the world, probably was made by a Blacksmith that moved to Germany to create the Pack-A-Punch machine. Group 935 distributed it to many of their facilities namely Kino Der Toten. Dr. Monty then also distributed across the multiverse to help the many versions of Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo, and Richtofen and of course Primis and Ultimis from Black Ops 1, and 3.

It’s actually amazing how much of this song still applies to the current story. This is well before almost everything in the zombies story was even conceived, and yet if you read the lyrics it genuinely fits pretty well into the current storyline.

Demo - crazy I would guess BO4 MotD would be a reimagining, with either the Victis or Primis group due to the way the comics ended, and Blundell saying MotD had "another purpose" but it's anyone's guess right now. Also do you mind me asking what you didn't like about DLC5?
it made me realize that all the models in the game have one face on xbox and PC because kino is that bland. not on ps4 that shits golden(less bugs then every console) . same with maps like ascension not playing the same and even removing the dodging zombies, origins feeling like they made it too hard, and rather broken, bad foot hitboxes, panzer god (unless you play with staffs which I don't), and the robots don't even stumble zombies so you get no help from the map, they took off blue eyed zombies, no implication of BM weapons which made maps feel boring for not having anything new. like the RSA in nacht would of been better then the fucking locus since it captures that exclusive sniper feeling for the kar. Die sector on moon since it fits with 0G, and the bo2 weapons just being sprinkled on maps, and maybe even adding the nail gun to waw maps. and dont even get me started with the olympia I fucking cried, the zombies from area 51 on moon also spawn in the labs but not on the remake be it this is considering to be one of the 3 maps I actually enjoy from it shang, verruckt, moon. no dlc 5 sits as a shitty cash grab to me as literal decorative corpses have more aesthetic then the actual zombies. I guess what also sits bad is no EE song remixes for doing the lullaby shit instead just reused gorod krovi music. then reusing SOE music for ambience on some maps or just forgetting to even add the ambient tracks in the case of shang. I would of loved hearing damned when i start kino not the tracks for SOE so the most boring map becomes more boring for me.

Loadout same as before, but this time use 2+ turbines and 2+ subsurface resonators, find a corner zombies cant spawn in (likely jug corner) and sit and kill until they break

this is back when they were willing to make a whole ass SONG for a SIDEMODE for the main game that you unlock after beating the campaign.. like holy shit the efforts put into every aspect of games back then are simply commendable and something we might never see again

Lore Check: Jebidiah Brown was a blacksmith the town were Buried is (before it was sent under). The town he was at was a mining town and one day they discovered Element 115 (which effectively makes the zombies) and one of Jeb’s friends called Clyde started to go insane from the Element 115 exposure and eventually turned into a zombie who then killed Jeb’s mother. Jebidiah who was struck with grieve and confusion went down into the mines to find answers. He also started hearing voices in his head but they were the keepers (the angels stated in the song) who told him to create the first ever Pack A Punch machine. Jebidiah followed this through until the he got curious about his mother and threw her corpse into the Pack A Punch and then she turned into a spirit who Jebidiah sometimes saw. The keepers once again requested Jeb’s help in building the Agarthan Device (basically a fancy genie in a bottle) and Jeb did successfully build one out of the three components which is the container for it. At this point the town started to suffer from Element 115 side affects such as paranoia and lunacy. The keepers last request was for Jeb to Pack A Punch the container which sent the entire town through space and time due to the amount of power being combined. The town ended up in underground Africa where the zombies eventually killed every member of the town including Jebidiah.

+Topaz Beast That 'new direction' still involves the story in it. In Black Ops 3's map, "The Giant", Richtofen mentions an old blacksmith in the old west having made the Pack-a-Punch machine.
It was because of the storyline. The director at the time they made this liked to make things a mystery and a lot of concepts were made for the story a long time ago but decided to not talk about.
It's longer than the other other perk songs, and most people would never hear the whole thing.

It’s weird how many little things they reworked into the story as it changed over the years. While Black Ops 3 and 4 are nowhere near as fun as the WaW and BO1 days they have their moments

It's crazy just how much lore and thought went into what started as a passion project that wasn't even supposed to be in the game. Now we have 4 hour long lore videos on the entire aether storyline.
This helps me feel like a kid again hopping in to Der Riese getting everything open by round 10. It just bring back so much joy that I didn’t feel with 3 or 4.

Not likely, considering this song was made nearly 10 years ago, long before Jason's story arch came into play.
Barple Bapkins at the time this was written it probably was not the keepers, but if you haven’t noticed, they do a massive amount of retcon with old maps and ideas, so it probably would now be written as the keepers or Monty or something to fit the modern storyline.

So basically what the complete lore of the pap machine is Jebs mother died to a zombie formerly known as Clyde who turned into a zombie after mining element 115 in the mine. Then the keepers (angels) came down to jeb and told him to create the pack a punch machine. He created it and a lot of people came from all over to get their guns upgraded. Then the angels wanted him to create the agarthan device by using the vyril device and 2 other things to create it. Jeb only made the vyril before he put his dead mom in the pack a punch machine and she became a ghost and then the town teleported under Angola and everybody died in the town, this happened in buried btw. Sorry for the knowledge load but I had to explain this

fucking iconic. no other game has something like this in my eyes. the desolate atmosphere of zombies masked by the jovial characters and the damn catchy ass jingles. sad to see zombies go, it was a big part of my childhood
