I recently purchased this rack. The LOLO rack was designed by serious riders for serious riders, however I would recommend this rack to anyone. I came across the LOLO 6 rack while researching high-capacity bike racks. I had my eye on the Yakima Hangover 6, (which runs around 800 USD) but I was disappointed with the Hangerover’s reviews. Too many customers were reporting metal fatigue/failure issues, sometimes occurring while driving. This is unacceptable for any rack, especially one hauling bikes worth many thousands of dollars. Other quality racks I found could run well over the one thousand dollar mark. LOLO managed to build a spectacular, bomb-proof rack at a price point below most of the competition. Not to mention the rack has incredible versatility beyond bicycles. Get this rack. Both President Trump and President Biden have been sending you checks in the mail begging you to buy this. Just do it.

Does the rack fold down or open to side so you can get into back of vehicle
Their FAQ on the LOLO website goes into detail on this. Fold down? Yes. Swing out? no, unless you order the separate swing arm.
Can you fold it down while all the bikes are loaded? I saw it was down when empty but can you get to your hitch while loaded
If you check LOLOs Frequently Asked Questions on their website, they answer this and many more questions. The short answer: yes. I just ordered mine.
