FIJI (ImageJ): 2D Image vs Z Stack

Learn how to use FIJI (ImageJ) to visualize differences between a single 2D image acquired from a widefield microscope and a z stack (multiple images at different focal planes) acquired from a confocal microscope. Learn how to convert a z stack into a single 2D image and apply post-processing for better sample representation.
