At present, our factory directly produces one-machine molding handle-free cabinet door edge banding, which is super convenient
Great video, thanks for sharing.
I did plunge cuts similar to this a while back, i used the mitre gauge to keep the workpiece square when entering and exiting the cut.
Worked perfectly every time 👍😄
Amazing!!! thanks for the watch and the comment :-)
Ryan
Loving the free style exactly how I would of done this.
Thank you!! Alot less mess on the router table 👍
it will never be dead on without a stoper
Class 👌 exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you!
Awesome!!! Great to see another video
Cheers mate! I'm glad I didn't mess up the upload this time! 🙂

Awesome handleless panel doors⭐⭐⭐.
Can you please advise or give the store link where you purchased the router bit? Thank you very much!
Thank you!
You should see a list of the tools I used in the vieo description (near the top)
Cheers Ryan
Which make of mdf have you used here and which supplier please?
Hi Mark, I use a place called Lords. I'm not exactly sure what brand the mdf is, but it's the best standard mdf I've bought before and get really good spray finishes with it.
I buy my mdf in bulk so 50 or 100 sheets or even a pallet, so I am not sure if they get this from another place.
They are very helpful. It may be worth calling them and ask if the type of mdf is the same as singles or in a pack...
Cheers ryan 👍
Great 👍 thanks for sharing your insights really appreciated. What paint to you use if don’t mind . Cheers mate
Hi! Thanks!
Sorry for the late reply
We mainly use silks and eggshells (waterbased) and johnstones brand most of the time 👍
it took till 8:55 to show us how he cuts the hidden handle.
Tell me and I forget,
teach me and I remember,
involve me and I learn.
I use finger pull bits all the time, a simple reccesed rectangle jig and hand held router would be much faster and more accurate, good try tho 👍
Haha good try , I like that 👍
I know this, but there is nothing worse than all that dust coming out of the router and covering the whole workshop.
I'd do anything not to have to use a router!
I have other fingerpull videos showing that technique 👍🙂
Cheers
@@thelondoncraftsmanworkshop does your hand held router not have dust collection?
They never work on a router especially with mdf.
@@thelondoncraftsmanworkshop yeah I guess on edge it's never going to be perfect although the of1400 is good and there is an edge cup you can use to catch more
Can you use this router bit for the center of the drawer? I have two drawers I can use this bit like you’re using it but I have a false door I want to appear exactly like the drawers only score with the table saw down the center to appear like two drawers which means I need to route into the center of my door. I hate to have to cut out the center just to use the bit
If I get you, then no, as you need to start the router bit from the side of the door.
Cheers Ryan
