Fix Google Chrome Failed Network Error Resume Windows 10/8/7 | Chrome Not Downloading Files Fixed

Today i get the following one error notification while i try to download the one image file via my google chrome browser :

How to fix chrome not downloading files problem :
1.Here i get this issue in my windows 10 pc.
2.At same time this trick works for all windows platforms.
3.Like windows 7,windows 8 and windows 8.1.
4.Some time the download is interrupted when you download the large extension.
5.So anyway first method is just use chrome as incognito mode.
6.And the second method is just update your chrome browser.
7.Third method is just add the new profile in chrome.
8.If you follow this simple trick,that error message is automatically fixed.
