you place them down, then just repeat the same steps as for the first A/V signals, but just put them on the next command block in the chain

When you put in ~ ~ ~-1 it might not work because it is pretty much the z coordinate -1 so it could look like
~ ~ ~+1
~ ~ ~-1
~ ~-1 ~
~ ~+1 ~
one of those should work, maybe not the last two, but yeah

if the torch that activates the notebook is spawning correctly, make sure no blocks are placed above the note block, otherwise it won't make sound
