I tried targeting a keyword that none of my competitors are using, but after making all the changes in the title, description, and skills, I am not seeing my profile anywhere in searches when I type exactly that keyword. Instead, I am getting irrelevant results or partial matches that are not targeting that keyword. I also noticed that Upwork is showing 95% of profiles that are Top Rated, Top Rated Plus, or Expert Vetted. I don’t know what to do.

@@NicoHessel However, that keyword has great search volume in Google Keyword Planner. One of my competitors is generating very good business with that keyword on Upwork. I don’t think just targeting keywords is the only way to show up in search results; you need to be Top Rated as well. This is what the results are showing.
