Trachea shaving can be a step to GCS [Gender Confirmation Surgey] but it's not a requirement. Some transgender women don't do it at all. There is not a step-by-step transition guideline. All transitioning women have the same gender confirmation needs.

I realize this is an old comment but I hope you see this. While I totally get what you're saying about the class differences and being able to afford certain things that others cannot. Being totally unaware of how most of the world lives. I get that. But in a way, that's not her fault. We have that in a lot of different people and in different circumstances. Money certainly makes life easier at times. But it doesn't erase all struggle and suffering. A lot of rich people are totally miserable.
