Aquaman has atlantean skin which is highly impact & pressure resistant which is how they can survive pressures of the deep ocean and destructive impact that can kill normal people. The camera work is one of the best I have seen in movies and every shot seems so fresh. Also this movie has seemed to overcome the dark colour pallette curse DC usually suffers from and the flat colours marvel movies have. This movie got it right.

@@josesyguia given all the other extremely destructive hits he took all through the movie he should have shrugged of the grenade like it was nothing(remember the explosion that hit him & mera in the face at the start of the video), I'm saying the effect of the grenade on him in the submarine was done by the director for drama/comedy purposes. Some call it PIS(plot-induced stupidity) where an event/action makes no sense other than to move the film along from point a to b. And yes he regenates quickly but not quickly enough to heal between the 1st & 2nd stab, the 1st stab wound was done with atlantean steal & the 2nd was done by manta grandfather's knife at the same spot which hadn't healed yet. Aquaman has atlantean skin which is highly impact & pressure resistant which is how they can survive pressures of the deep ocean and destructive impact that can kill normal people. Atlantean steel is designed to be strong enough to break/pierce atlantean skin

The camera work is one of the best I have seen in movies and every shot seems so fresh. Also this movie has seemed to overcome the dark colour pallette curse DC usually suffers from and the flat colours marvel movies have. This movie got it right.
