The Pattison Inductor Flex is a versatile chemical inductor used for filling sprayers FAST. The Inductor Flex is offered in three configurations: Main Tank assembly- this includes a 60 gallon cone bottom tank on a powder coated skid, as well as 3" plumbing and venturi. Meter Option: our meter option is FAST and ACCURATE with a Mcnaught oval gear meter with induction speeds up to 200 l/min. Pump Option: standard is a 3" Power Pro engine coupled to a Hypro Pump capable of moving 400 g/min of water or can be upgraded to a Honda GX390 engine.
Our Chem Handler is not only fast and easy to operate, but comes with versatility in mind. All spray trailer configurations are different and the Inductor Flex was designed to accommodate those needs. all of the components are modular on the frame allowing you to either move it in different locations around the frame, but also move it around the trailer deck. Depending on how you operate the pump can be moved closer to your tanks, the induction board and flow meters can be mounted on the wall of your van trailer or flat on the surface of the trailer deck to reach from the ground.
With the Inductor Flex you can say good bye to chemical pumps and increase you transfer speed. Only handle the chemical once by coupling to 2 two inch Banjo valves or 1 one inch Banjo valves for bulk containers. After being metered through the flow meter you will feel confident in the accuracy of the chemical measured. This will save you money on costly mistakes and ensure good agronomic practices.
