I had made the same mistake during my Agra journey in 2019. I was tired and slept deeply when I woke up it was almost half past 8 in the morning and I checked the train running status on App and it showed the train had departed. I had missed my train Gatiman Express and I had to book a ticket in Jammu Tawai - Pune Jhelum Express. Well even if you did TDR but you won't be refunded the fare since you missed the train. TDR is applicable in case train is cancelled or diverted, train not touching boarding or destination station, A.C. not working, train running late by more than 3 hours and passanger is not willing to travel etc. etc.. But if you miss your train then you will not get any refund.
