I don't know if you still read the comments on 5 year old videos, but i just wanna say that you are the absolute GOAT of glove reviews videos. The amount of gloves you have on your channel is just amazing. I watched a good 5h+ of your reviews to help me buy my second pair of gloves. I finally decided to buy these Fairtex BGV11 to use in my Muay Thai and boxing classes. Thank you for all the detailed videos you made it was extremely helpful.
Many thanks for the review. You’ve helped me to buy a few pairs of gloves with your detailed reviews and I’m really happy with them all. Keep up the great work. It’s very much appreciated.
These have been my main gloves for about 2 years now, mainly used for heavy bag and mitts. feel awesome and easy to clean. the logo is still looking good a couple of scuffs from the bag but in most cases they wipe off when cleaning. The Velcro strap has held up just fine after these past two years as well...
Great review as always! I’m considering purchasing the F-Day in 12oz or the Twins BGVL3 and cant decide. I previously owned Fairtex BGV1’s and couldn’t stand the thin padding, lack of grip bar and what I felt too big of hand pocket. Does the BGV11’s feel similar to the BGV1’s or is it a totally different beast? I currently have Top King Airs, Rival RB2 and looking to add another 12oz or 14oz glove for pad and mitt work. Thanks!!
I think these F-Days feel different than the BGV1, more ergonomic and deeper finger pocket with better grip bar. Also more flexible if that makes sense. I also like the padding more as its a little more better blend for feedback and protection.
Thanks! I still think leather is more durable as long as you take care of it. Clean and condition it and it will last a long time. Synthetic over time will crack especially with exposure to sweat and heat.
Thank you for doing this review 😁 I have this glove and I love them ! I personally think these are the best Fairtex gloves on the market!. I have had these gloves for 7 years and there still in good condition! I HAVE NO CUTS IN MINE AND I HAVE USED THESE GLOVES ALOT AND FOR 7 YEARS OF USE THEY WERE MY ONLY GLOVES I HAVE USED UNTIL RECENTLY I BOUGHT T3 AND I ALSO HAVE BOUGHT PUNCH BLACK DIAMOND GLOVES WHICH ARE MY FAVORITE GLOVES EVER !!! CAN YOU PLEASE DO A REVIEW ON THE PUNCH BLACK DIAMOND GLOVES 16 oz there a muay thai gloves the padding in these gloves are incredible. Definitely the best PUNCH EQUIPMENT GLOVE THAT THEY HAVE EVER MADE !!!
Great Review For small hands around 10 or 12 oz, would you prefer these Fairtex F day or the Decha DVGVL1 that you reviewed? Imagining that they are at the same price. I am looking for a glove that fits my hand perfectly, I currently use top king super air 12 oz. Thanks.
Hello kuya! Im a fellow filipino too.. i just wanted to ask you on what would be the best for me to purchase? (For mitts and bags) cause im torn between bgv11 or the bgv14?.. thanks in advance kababayan. 🇵🇭
I had BGV 1. Does Fairtex makes 2 layers foam in all their gloves since i think the lowest profile (compared to Twins for instance) and narrow compartment is fine if you train once or twice a week, but for every day I feel my joints do suffer. Thanks.
Hi, between Fairtex, Yokkao and Twins, in general, which one has the roomier and most comfortable hand compartment with more space for long fingers and wider? Thank you very much
@@csquaredboxing could you please suggest me the best model, of those three brands, with the most comfortable hand compartment and room for long fingers/big hands? I will use it only for the heavy bag. Thanks again
Hi guys i have a pair of Everlast powerlock synthetic and the fabric inside the glove got ripped and it’s difficult and annoying to use. There’s something i can do?
I had a similar thing happen to an old pair of gloves and I ended up going to a fabric store and getting a similar polyester/ nylon liner, got about 1 ft x 1ft then i trimmed it to size to patch and used fabric glue/ adhesive to adhere to inside of glove.
Yes you can, they typically dont offer the same flexibility in the palm opening or the same wrist support as a traditional boxing glove, but you can still use them pretty effectively
I received my pair last week and my wrists are hurting (especially on the thumb side) ever since I started using them. :( Is it because I'm still breaking them in? I'm considering getting Twins Special BGVL3. Any thoughts how these are compare to them?
What sort of training do you do with these? Do you use hand wraps under the gloves? If your wrists are hurting, it's probably not from the glove still being stiff; it's because your body is learning the hard way that hands are not good for punching. The unfortunate thing is that as a Muay Thai glove, the Fairtex gloves will inherently have less wrist support than a regular Western boxing glove. I'd say get a pair of 180 inch handwraps and see if that makes a difference if you haven't done so already. Everlast's wraps are too soft, but Ringside uses a very stiff cotton that I'd recommend for someone who needs a lot of hand support. And as always, practice good technique when punching.

So It's endurant for bag work? I'm thinking of buying one. Since I mostly do bag work i'm afraid they wont last...
this or bgv16?
This^
My favorite all around gloves
Which size do you have?
You are the best glove reviewer I was looking for your review on these Fairtex gloves. Are they as good as the Everlast and Cleto Reyes?
thanks brother. they’re just as good performance wise, quality not as solid as reyes.
Great review brother. Have you tried out the bgv1 from Fairtex? If so how do you like those?
Having trouble deciding between BGV11's or BGV9's @ 12oz for mitt, pad, bag work. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I’m interested in which is better synthetic leather or real leather now.
So I’m thinking how check which is stronger.

In terms of personal preference, do you like these or the red Fairtex BGV14 gloves that you recently reviewed?

Hi Carlos, for bag and mitts are better these, BGV 14 or venum élite evo/giant? Or other? They cost all the same (120€) thanks!

Would you say the cuffs “long”?
I have Kawhi Leonard size hand.....should I still go for 16oz??
Definitely go with 16
Bgv 11 or 19 for kickboxing?? Thx
Is that glove good for Small wrists?
Yes
i have a 14oz pair of these i really like. My hands get hot on the heavy bag after a work out but... idk maybe all gloves do that

I'm skinny too with small hands and just got a pair in 12 oz, but they fit me perfectly. I love the profile in these gloves.

How you compare this ones fairtex bgv11 to rdx t1 elites ?
I prefer these over t1 elites, better padding and more comfortable hand compartment especially for regular sized hands
Amazing review
Thanks
Can you use muy Thai gloves for boxing
Yes you can, they typically dont offer the same flexibility in the palm opening or the same wrist support as a traditional boxing glove, but you can still use them pretty effectively
whats the difference with the bgv9?
Bgv9 is genuine leather, has a slightly more compact profile, and the padding is less protective but better feedback
Can you make a video from the windy proline gloves black leather
Will do!
We get it. They double stitched lol
How long do you feel this will last?
Depends on how often you use them, what they’re used for, if you clean them, air them out, etc

Yes these would accommodate long fingers well
I keep watching your reviews and can't decide between this or twins now 😂
