Hi Matt. I'm curious how you have found the bench over the last 10 months. I'm keen to build something which combines MFT-like features and a more sturdy section for hand work. Has it worked well? Anything you would do different next time? All the best.
Hi Matt ! Solid as !! Vise ? Ha ! Ha ! No way I could be so flexible getting under the bench mate !! I am apparently in the role of Harry Secombe (Sir Cumference !!!) Novel approach to structure but very functional !! Onya Matt !!
Bloody terrific! Once again I find myself commenting on your projects. I love the simplicity of the joinery and am constantly amazed at how you think of these ideas. Do you like your small mitre saw? It looks tiny but you seem to get plenty done with it. PS, did you decide on a 90cm bench height so that you can sit comfortably under it 😉

Listen to the podcast last weekend and very much enjoyed it. Its like listening to friends when down the pub.
ps great vid.
Thank you very much
Very sturdy work bench. I built shelves about that sturdy but those double legs have me beat
Thank you
Unexpected and clever use of the "laminated" mortise-and-tenon and half-laps in the base construction. Great idea.
I like the solid end of the bench combined the the dog holes in other area.
Thank you
Hi Matt, the new bench is looking good, it will come in handy when you build the new workshop, take card and keep safe and well.
Thank you
Clever way to make the legs support the table!
Brilliant work, Matt! Really strong workbench! 😃
Looking forward to the next video!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thank you very much
That's a heavy and solid workbench. . Nice job Matt
Thank you
This is a excellent bench especially for as you name, definitely multi function bench or hybrid bench. Thank You Matt another awesome build.
Thank you
I made a hybrid bench a couple of years back it works great and looks very similar to your hole configuration 👍🏻
Works for me 😁
Pleased to hear it

Great design. I'm going to make a version of this for myself 👍
Thank you

He knows what he is talking about
Another job well done Matt. I see my name moving down the list of Patreons which means you've gotten a few more. I always enjoy your videos. Cheers
Thank you very much Jesse

It is very compact but works well. I don’t think I will get under the bench again
👍
I see you have the same problem all tradies have (FSS) flat surface syndrome
Maybe I’m not understanding the design. Your only planning on hammering in one side of the bench?
Yes
That is different from what I've seen. Not saying it's good or bad but ill wait until you tried it and let us know. I looks good though
How many workbenches does a man need? Not nearly enough, LOL.
Never enough
The same as the number of bicycles a cyclist needs - n+1, n being the number already owned.
