Ensure you buy fuel injector cleaner, octane booster or fuel treatment constantly, due to the heavy carbon build up from the direct injector engine. 2. Buy Synthetic engine oil and change it every 3,500km because the engine is fund of burning engine oil quickly.

I’ve owned the 2010 for about a year now but the main issue I’ve had (also other owners have testified) is the steering beam it get extremely strong you’ll have to change the module or the whole steering beam
Used to happen to me when I lived in an area that had bad roads and the car was swimming regularly. Since I moved to a better area, I’ve never had the problem.

I have 350. I wouldn't even advise anyone to go for 250. I remember the day I and My friend who owns a 250 was going to Lagos, the gap I gave this guy. It made him hate his 250. But there's nothing he can do cos he has already bought it plus 350 is not easy to find here in Nigeria.

Go for IS350 if you can find one that is in good condition. You will enjoy it. I drive the 350 and I can tell with full chest that the car is beast. Maintainance is cheaper and reliable cos it's a Toyota. I wish it's time to sell mine, would have love to sell it to you. Please make sure to buy one in good condition OK.
Except for the fact that all IS engines are direct injection engines, and as such, they born engine oil a lot quicker than usual and they leave a terrible mess under the hood. I’m talking about those kind of messes that just won’t go away, you clean it, it comes right back after a while. I would stay away from this Lexus IS.
