I appreciate how relaxed and friendly you are in your videos. Also how you are positive about helping us through this journey through your experiences. Thank you
I'm currently in my fourth week of using Tirzepatide from Swisschems. I no longer experience nausea after each shot, indicating that my body has adjusted to the peptide. I've already lost 15 lbs and it's been great for controlling my appetite.
Thank you for this. I'm on week 3 of the tirzepatide and so far have lost 3.5 pounds. I am going to titrate up today. I'm a little nervous, I haven't had any meaningful side effects and don't want to . Hopefully I won't. Good information that you give in this video. I'm excited about my future.🥰
I’m 2.5 weeks into compounded semaglutide. I noticed fullness and some constipation right away. You learn really fast to be careful what you eat. You don’t want junk sitting in your stomach. I’m hoping to lose 40-50 pounds within 6 months.
I think mine was pretty hormonal. This medication reduces inflammation which deff helps but I also got an IUD which seems to have helped balance my hormones as well. I did really clean up my diet a it too so that could have been a factor as well.
How do you know if it’s time to titrate up? I’ve been on 2.5 for 8 weeks, I’ve lost about 8 pounds …. My appetite is suppressed and is till get full fast, but I’m not seeing the numbers fall off
You usually titrate up when you’re at a stall for a couple weeks - aren’t loosing weight any more. Deff talk to your provider! If you’re steadily loosing you may just wanna stay where you’re at and not risk the side effects
I’m on Zepbound, second week of 10mg… started at 2.5, no weight loss, up to 5, only a couple of pounds, then 7.5, finally a little( all a month long) I’m finding I’m not losing the way everyone I know is, wondering if Ozempic compound would be better results. It’s been frustrating for sure. Only disk 10lbs, since starting the whole thing🙃
You’re doing great! A lot of people have to titrate up to start loosing. Compound tirzepatide will prob give you the same results - it’s the same medicine - just not in a pen
Unfortunately, I can’t get compounded trizepitide in CA, or shipped here. Only semiglutide🙃 so I’m spending a fortune right now on zepbound, without the greatest results, thought about switching to compound semiglutide(the only one you can get compounded in CA) thank you for your response💖
Please keep us updated on weaning and long term weight maintenance…. Very mixed information out there. Ty! You look fab!
I deff will! I agree there's not much out there.

Can I ask what helped you with your adult acne and what was it that you had? I am 48 and struggle with breakouts.
