Folks act like that because that shit never works lol. There are always people spending in the game no matter how bad the community sentiment is. I used to play clash royale and they had it much worse than here with how cash grabby Supercell was/still is. Everyone was organising boycotts and at the end of the month earnings weren't affected one bit. The majority of the userbase who spend simply doesn't care to take part in these things
IMO the game's been moving along way too fast since the intro of 7* character's,,,they've exploded onto the game way faster than any other star version's

I swear Kabam just refuses to listen to their own community. They say they look at it holistically but disregard any feedback from the community that doesnt say they (Kabam) are doing well. Everyone in Kabam needs to be a politician with the way they address and acknowledge the playerbase's concerns.

I like how he says that if they were to update arena they’d make it worse unit wise for the time spent, just another example that they don’t care about our time which I know they’ve said before but still amazes me.
If we're being honest he's acting like you get 200 units per milestone. It's a big FU to the players.
Not trying to glaze kabam, but if you’re a long time arena player like myself, just remember how long it used to take to do all the milestones before 7*s or ascensions
You get the same amount of units now as before, but you can get it all twice as fast
We're a chill alliance, either silver 2 or silver 1 and the rewards are not worth a months worth of play.

The BS reason why not updating arena is just nonsense. The fact is that they want people to pay for a feature that should be available anyway and because units are a forever currency, they want you to have access to as little as possible. I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to justify taking away units for the EQ in the lower difficulties. Also Kabam logic is taking away from the game is somehow adding to it. Solo Boost from crystals are actually low ASF. 20% boost are extremely hard to get.

They could have ended fake loading screens in the arena, and that would be enough for the arena. But they keep intentionally wasting players' time.
The only reason I’ve progressed from cav to paragon in a little over a year has been because of special crystal events (IE gold tracks, holiday stores/milestones, cyber weekend and banquet). The monthly events and quests, glory, rank up and battlegrounds stores helped but now that I’ve hit paragon they’re redundant to basically cav and TB level characters in game. Access to t4 alpha shards should at least be available in more than sos, crucible and the other dummy stupid hard to get through stuff.
I’m not saying let paragon or even valiant players buy a whole t4 alpha from the stores, but at least put some progression based shards in them to give us a little more of a shot to start working on it little by little.

Rewards and spending deals have been trash imo since crashed landed at kabam and I for one have spent way less as they have offered way less.
I have never in my life come across a scenario where the player base and the game developers have such a terrible relationship… why the hell do Kabam act like they despise the player base??!!

I’m surprised they don’t just have access to paragon Gauntlet via completion of TB EQ instead of exploration even if only allowing Vailant players access to it via this method
I said similar to my alliance the other day - top progression level should have immediate access, next one down should get access after completion run, then exploration for lower than that. I can’t be bothered most months going through all that JUST to open Paragon Gauntlet

At 5:49, screw that last sentence in the first paragraph. Spending makes a HUGE difference in progression. I wouldn't be Valiant right now, let alone do Act 9.1 if I didn't swallow my pride, but lightly spend.
And rewards damn well focus ONLY on Valiant players. Battlegrounds certainly favors Valiant whales.
The EQ & SQ rewards a trash, and certainly arent worth the INCREASED energy cost.
And I can't believe they said we DONT want them updating Arenas. Also, lower unit yields would make an UPGRADE pointless. I dont get how they didn't understand if point gains were higher, if milestones were easy to gain & they offered more units, and matches ARENT bs, we'd be HAPPY to play Arenas.
Instead of Arenas being a damn chore. Mainly the 4 Star one now. Ive been ranking up more 4 Stars to do more matches in one go. That required units. Then progression is a boring chore, 1 mil points or so after playing matches for...almost an hour. And in alot of matches I had to put up with unfairness like Serpent, and CRASHES on top of that.
I think you missed the entire point behind Kabams point on changing arenas. In fact, I don't think you missed it, you did.
Why would Kabam want to give more units away for less work? Kabam makes money on units, if they made units more easily available their sales would go down. Less sales = less resources put into the game.
Go try and tell your job that you want more money but you also want to work less days in a week.

And when we do play Arenas, its not work being put in. Tedium is being put in. Its not fun, especially when there's a bs fight like Serpent or Toad, or fights where the AI refuses to his their specials, and some lvl3s just kill you instantly. And thats just the 4 Star Arena.
Their point is greed. Silly to compare a job to a VIDEO GAME. Plus, alot of US jobs have crap pay for all the hours worked. So your point falls flat.
Any good game knows that if the player is happy, if they're having fun & arent nickel & dimed, that just means more money, more success in the long run.
For f sake, look at Netmarble's Future Fight. Not a chore to play, you'll never run out of gold, there's no P2W bs, Netmarble offers a good game that DOESN'T crash and lag & they get money in return via their bundles.
I agree with the whole time versus reward factor, I’m Thronebreaker and AQ takes time (and stress because it’s team based) and gives me about 10 % of a Tier 2 Alpha and sometimes a tier 4 basic, which are both pretty useless to me especially the T4basic of which I have about 30 in the overflow

:
Glory - good selection decent prices but increasing cost ruins it. Also why no t4a?
Loyalty: only thing worthwhile for cost atm is boosts and aw 7 star crystal pieces
BG: everything is to expensive for the amount given, aside from sig stones. There's no reason that bg store should be so expensive
Incursions: also far to expensive, especially the 7 star Incursions crystal. If you can't realistically grind it in a reset what's the point?
The new version of the store is stupid, all the event tabs are annoying and a waste of our time clicking crap. How do you disable new event notifications bro? Kabam 🤬
Rich what is the point of asking for things as a community if they are not going to listen to suggestions or outright say no?
As for progress it's a balance of access to more Rank up mats and a quicker way to get to the PG Gauntlet via completion of exploration.
They do everything possible to kill the game

As a Paragon player trying to take my 6* champs to rank 5 I find the throttling of Tier 6 class catalysts a bit frustrating, even more frustrating is trying to farm for Alpha 4’s to rank up 7*’s.
Everything should be updated every six months
I never seen anything lose value as fast as MCOC rewards/champs.
Rewards/champs that cost hundreds of dollars, are free about a year later.
I’ve been playing this game recently since July and now am Thronebreaker with 800k PI
In terms of rewards and stores I feel that they maybe be more skewed towards newer and “low-level” players.
Thus I see the sense of why players who have been in this game long are “complaining”. Because it could be an issue of elevating new players to a certain level to mix with older players.
Well, when Kabam upgraded the Loyalty store in it s current state last time, they assured us that in due time, it will contain 7* sig stones. And now they look to make players completely lose their interest in War. Nice meta.
How many people play this game like he does? "I have all the 5* relics" "I don't need anymore 6* shards?" Are the only people that are playing this game high level players? What about the players that aren't at his level? If kabam is out of touch with the player base I feel like he is too. (Hot take, I'm sure)
The fact that Kabam admitted they view customer satisfaction differently than the customer explains soooo much🤦🏼♂️
There are a few little fiddley bits that I think they should tweak or get rid of as well, but I know it's not gonna happen.
1. The Reconnect button when you first open the app after a while. Just reconnect, why do you have to let me know and approve something I obviously want to happen? Can't play the game otherwise. It's a dumb button.
2. It's a PITA to get to the level-up part of the champions roster. Tap and scroooooool? Why? The whole roster control and organization schema needs a redo. I'm pretty sure it's been that same GUI since the beginning. I've always hated going in there and trying to get stuff done.
3. Login for multiple accounts is dumb. I think a lot of us have alternate accounts for whatever reason, and having to do a total logout/login type type type is another PITA.

Have they considered retiring Arenas and moving those resources elsewhere? They could easily put units as rewards for participation in AW, AQ, or incursions or even put more of them in the event quest so it's actually worth doing. Although as someone who came back to the game within the last year I have found the event quest resources helpful to catching up despite that they are not as useful once I reached paragon. The relic shards for example were useful because I left back when relics had only just been introduced so I didn't have any of them.
Couldn't agree more, Arenas (and Arena's boosts) are rubbish
My main problem is the game freezes randomly 2-3 times per fight. I've been playing for years and never had this issue but it is enough to throw the towel.

Hey bro, I really enjoy your channel and I’ve been watching it off and on for a several years now but I have to give my honest opinion. The only gripe I have with you is that you often ramble on way too long. To the point I have to just end the video cause of you going off course or it takes forever for you to get to the point and in some videos you even catch yourself saying “ok rich get to the point”.
I’m sure I’ll get some hate but I think it’s always a good thing to take in any type of feedback and make changes from it. Best of luck and keep on grinding!
I know we're I think a little over a year into the 7* era and I still find R3 to be completely unattainable on 7*s. So 4&5 are still way out of reach
not even kidding, debated quitting alliance war completely after going up against a Serpent, Enchantress, Onslaught, AND Bullseye in the same war. i understand a challenge but good lord man 😠😠😠
FYI, enchantress counter is nefari, He's arguable the best science champ now ramp up, damage, utility, and tactics, he ticks all boxes, but people who didnt spend couldn't get him sadly.
I personally like loyalty because it gives me a safety net to go to when I really want to awaken someone or I need one more catalyst to rank up my champ
I am playing this game after a long time... They made easy to get 6 star shards but 7 star shards are being very rare sucks.. I became thrown breaker after break of 2-3 years. Availability of gold is something changed but still not enough 🤣 to upgrade new 6stars
Lol we all have better progressed after a frickin year! And the ones who progressed the most whale out on deals! Kabab could fix these AI and game issues and update stores and rewards but they're too busy putting out crap offers and visual bs changes changes no one wanted.

The rewards we are getting these days after the introduction of 7 stars are much far better than we were getting before plus the extra tasty rewards they give in special calender special events
From context, they definitely meant to type depreciate, but possibly didn't know the words were spelled differently
There are too many stores and that hurts everyone. The number of stores makes it hard for Kabam to update them regularly and honestly, the store updates feel weak after a month or two. Kabam really needs to buy what they are selling with simplifying the game. They should seriously look at condensing stores and currencies. If they did that, it would improve things.
With regards to speeding up the game (Rank 4 7 stars as an example), the players didn’t want 7 stars when Kabam introduced them. It was a decision Kabam made because they believed it was the for the best in terms of the longevity of the game. That’s fine but they can’t be annoyed that players what to progress with them. Kabam is trying to slow progress down with their drip feed of new 7 stars and the restrictions of higher rank materials (tier 4 alpha). I get why Kabam wants that but it makes the game feel stagnant in terms of your progress once you get towards the top. They have done a lot to help lower accounts progress faster but then they slam on the breaks once they get up to paragon. It is just boring waiting for the next 7 star crystal just to get another 20 signatures on a champ you don’t use or waiting to earn enough tier 4 alpha catalysts without doing top end alliance war. I do not envy anyone at Kabam because they have a difficult balancing act to manage that only gets harder each day the game is around.
That kabam crashed or whatever reads like a soyboy. Like he was bullied as a kid and now has power so he loves it. It just shows that kabam will never care about its player base. Reminds me of western countries😂😂
If the community it had their way, we see r6 7* now and then complain about the horrible rewards.
Stores are somewhat fine besides war store, doing wars feels like waste of time. Same thing with eq other than for t2 dust, I didnt use to think this way but as valiant bg store being only store that feels nice, but then again I hate doing bgs as it is so that doesnt feel too good either. We need valiant difficulty eq. I dont want bg that I hate playing be only gamemode that feels worth doing because I dont know if it is worth it if I hate doing it. Also they have to change that toad somehow, I enjoyed every other sos fight but with toad I might skip objectives as a whole. Its just not fun at all
I actually think arenas are fine, they don't need updating. They aren't supposed to be anything other than a unit grind. Focus on the stores and rewards please.
If you're valiant you should be able to just complete the eq and get the gauntlet key
Please improve thronebreaker eq reward. The progression has reached valient a year ago but we are getting thronebreaker rewards that too the old one
