Your smile is everything sunshine 🌞 My arms absolutely refused those lateral lifts! I wanted to at least give effort so tried a few then changed over to my light dumbbells. I’ll keep trying and maybe one day it will happen. Who knew that was a thing my arms didn’t know how to do 😂
