You could do both in a day, or stay over for a two day two bike park session, they are not to far from each other. Phoenix is probably jump bike only, then Twisted you could use the NS and the Transition would rock there.

You need to go to cafe side Exeter on a full sus a mixture of dh and enduro trails and a big jumps but in the centre of it that is led in from the dh trails
