Instead build bis lethality item and coin flip one shot at 75%. And if no one shot, then two autos kill anyways, no difference from the essence reaver.
Yes, that Ahri does have Locket of The Solari. I was just as surprised as you were. Her build at the end of the game was: - Malignance - Locket - Mejai's - Zhonyah's
Because tank items are really strong and if she gets one shot by fizz and gp she can't do her full damage so being more tanky makes you deal more damage at the end.
