I made a Krusty Krab cat bed for my cats. If you love SpongeBob SquarePants, Mr. Krabs, the whole Bikini Bottom nightlife, or maybe you would just like to see me make something for my cats, either way I hope you guys enjoy watching me build the Krusty Krab! I like customizing things and turning them EVIL, it's kind of my thing. In fact I have quite a few series where I do some cheap diys that end up looking pretty chaotic. Other makeover series that I do include anything & everything with Squishmallows, Five Below makeovers, Painting on Fidget Toys, Needle Felting, etc. I hope you like what I made!

The amount of sass and “unimpressed” attitude your cats give you makes it all worth it, surely. 😂 I love it, even with all it’s “intentional impurrfections”

Just a tip for the roof if you want to work with curved cardboard, basically you know how you ripped that bit under the window and it showed the grooves? If you take an intact piece of cardboard, and score over the grooves, just where it dips and only cutting through the top bit of the cardboard it allows it to be flexible 😊
Blue TB: 0:46, in skeletons mouth. White TB: 6:28, sandwiched between cardboard scraps. :)

Tootsie actually prefers jumping in the toilet. It seems they don't mind water as long as it's on their own terms 😂
A lot of wild cats love the water. Tigers do. It's just that in general MOST cats hate water.
All animals love water. It's just how heavy their fur is. Any animal without fur loves water and animals with fur often hate it (unless their fur isn't thick and/or heavy)

@@whitewolfcreations3999 When we adopted Tootsie the animal rescue did mention that he's a feral cat. He was young enough tho so he came around to us pretty quick, he's mostly normal 😅
When you said "Tootsie is my baby" it actually warmed my heart so much- They may be lil chaos critters but they're still so adorable! I hope Sniffledorf and Tootmeister love their bed.

Tootsie 'sucking' on things is a comfort for cats! It mimics nursing and soothes them. A few of my cats do it and although it can be annoying its very sweet. :]
I have a 70 lb dog who does the same. It's kind of cute except he does it to my bedding which means I have a chance of laying down to find a warm moist spot on my bed..
@@lacytaylor1501 most likely been separated too soon. He remained a big baby!
@@m.w.5972 He was a month and a few days old when we got him I believe. He had been weaned a little early as a pup which I think was part of the issue. We didn't know exactly how old he was or anything until we got him and were told his birthday later but he was completely healthy and no issues aside from the suckling.
@@lacytaylor1501 A little over a month is wayyyy too young for a puppy, they should stay with their mom for at least 3 months to be socialized fine so there's where the suckling comes from!

The "Tootsie" you both have, acts just like the one I have. Destructive and claims every box he finds in the house.

What a cool idea. Your void and Tuxedo kitties look like they enjoyed your gift. Sadly we had to put down our 16 year old void cat today...and it was our 14th anniversary as well.

We routinely take like seven trips to home Depot whenever we're working on a project. Ours are typically large projects though but I think our record is four times in one day across three different home depots 😆
I recently was bored and had some delivery boxes laying around so i made a car for my niece one of those with arm straps and a hole in the bottom so she can wear it and walk around pretending to drive it. The best bit was she seemed to have as much fun pkaying in it as i did making it lol. Im glad your cats were sitting in it etc and not ignoring it completely.

For the future, great windows in these sort of things are the clear plastic of packages. It cuts down super easy and you can attack it between two pieces of cardboard to the house.

This project is perfect for your kitties! They get the BEST napping spot and I mean, who doesn't like SpongeBob!?! I've tried this before, it's NOT easy so I am very impressed with the results!!

Sweet! My old black cat Sabby used to love eating cardboard boxes too. He would play, sit in and then eventually destroy them.
That air brush you got from the Crap Kit might’ve helped with that purple pink poster board. I’m in LOVE with the krusty krab even if Tootsie is unimpressed 😅😅
Honestly this is so cool and your cats are so hilarious especially with the editing. Definitely a 9/10 craft. On 9/10 because of the magenta poster board.

Love how the Krusty Krab bed turned out. I could never have the patience to make something like that. The tiny cardboard castle in my drawer could back me up on that, lol.
Also, tip from Bentley House Minis:
You can make cardboard curve more easily if you make shallow vertical cuts along the cardboard. Emphasis on shallow cuts, because cutting all the way through would just give you more and smaller pieces of cardboard.

I found Blue toothbrush 0:46 Skeleton's mouth and the pastel pink one is at 6:28 under the cardboard thingy.
If you cut glass-like items in water, it cracks a bit less unpredictably! I'm honestly not sure if it's safe tho :/
