Good to see this new shecter vid, I was looking at the other model with the Fernandes Sustainer..Neal Schon originally turned me onto to that. Great song choice & killer tone. SAVE that tone print, very Lynch/&-MacAlpine Maximum Security era (when he had the delay off)
You are amazing... and make Fractal looks great in the customer service dept thanks to you. Have you thought of creating your own preset downloadable page?
Mark! As a fellow Canadian, I must request Harlequin's live On/Q Superstitious Feeling. The guitar solo is Hella fun to play and the Zeppelin ending is killer.
@@samhillband Damnit, the nut is to narrow! 43mm is my preference! Ash is awesome. I'm looking at the Ibby RG6PCMLTD in blue & it too has a Ash body & flame top, but with a Wenge neck & figured maple FB. I wish it was a neutral color or amber. The other one is blood red. I thought your Schecter was a US custom! Good on them to have these made in Korea.👍
Hey mark David shankle again can I get this preset from you really love the tone of this one you always do such a great job wonder if you had this 1 handy for the FM9I have the Turbo and the X effects 3 turbos
Sounded good. You seemed to be enjoying the new FM9! My clue was your constant grin! I have two (2) questions please: 1. Why didn't you have the FM9 on the floor. It is a floor unit. Would have been nice to see that switching capability without having to use other tools. 2. Since you have the entire family- which unit do you like the best? I know they can each serve different purposes but say you had to pick between the FM9 and the AxeFXIII. The FM9 really seems to hit the sweet-spot so many of us were looking for- namely, more CPU power, I/O's and more finally, foot-switches. Much nicer and capable PC interface as well. IMO it is much more AxeFX III like. The FM3 is good, but clearly it was their trial run. YES. I am on the wait-list!!!
1. When I sit my Parkinson's tends to give me more tremors which makes it difficult to play, turn the DAW on, start 2 cameras and hit the right switches. My cables are strapped to the stand and won't reach if my FM9 is on the floor and I wanted to play NOW, lol. 2. The AxeFx III is my go to. I like the rack mount because my guitar wireless, in ear rig and AxeFx are all together, easy setup. The FM9 is very cool because it has 2 amp blocks so seamless scene changes like the AxeFx III. The FM3 is small and fun...super easy to carry along. The Fractal stuff is always fun!!
@@samhillband Mark- you sound great and thanks for taking the time to reply. I am pretty excited about getting my FM9- it's my first intro. to the Fractal universe. Honestly, I've been waiting years for this product. I really like the AxeFXIII but don't need that much power. Nor do I want to drop $2,000, then have to spend another $500 on switches. It looks like my patience is about to really pay off. Keep Rockin!
Depends on your budget and needs. The FM9 does 2 amp/cab blocks like the AxeFx III, the AxeFx III has 50% more CPU power and does tone matching and ir capturing. The both sound amazing!!

@@samhillbandLooks like a really cool axe, how's the neck on this one? Looks like a very thin and narrow nit as well, did you find it comfy? How does it compares to your Suhr Modern?
@@anabolic-v3p It's thin but not noticeably narrow. Very comfortable. I haven't had my Suhr for a few years so hard to compare directly. It has stainless steel frets and the neck is flawless. a fantastic playing guitar and just screams!
