The more the development, the more the traffic. Look at lagos. The money can be used for modular refinery. The money can be channelled into generating more power. Once there constant electricity power in Ebonyi, businesses will spring up everywhere. Secondly instead of flyovers, he can think of light rail. This can also ease traffic. He has to think beyond Dave Umahi. The Ebonyi airport need a light rail and a shopping centre. I am currently living in overseas and every airport have a shopping centre. I am using this opportunity to implore all South East Governors to concentrate on 1. Electrify 2. Railways 3. Seaport 4. Refinery If these are done , businesses will spring up everywhere. It is hard but it's not impossible
