they go in your standard Latte machiatio glasses, so that would be 290ml ;-)

على كبسولات القهوة مكتوب لك كمية الماء الي تستخدمها ونوع الكوب الي تستخدمه. انا استخدمها وما عندي مشاكل

no, this one has instant powder in it
You can but it won’t have foamy milk
Total waste of your Money.. even the taste is not worth the Struggle..I recommend Manual preparation( Milk, coffee,Sugar,water + Spoon✅)
