If the new stair tool is really as easy as show it will make Workarounds with morphstairs or profilestairs unnecessairy..
My big wish is, that the graphic override is more flexible as now.

I don't see the Encoding drop-down list in schedules window, so I hope that ArchiCAD 21 finally supports Unicode in the schedules (and in other places too, where AC20 still does not support it).
Great new features.Strangely, the public was not enthusiastic as in AC20 premiere. The guy at 46:40 almost fell asleep.
Appreciate the more intuitive design.
who needs CAD people when the architect himself can do everything by himself. even renderings of the project.

I can definitely say that the “stair” tool is practically a copy of the same tool from Autocad Archirecture since version 2008 or earlier. How could they affirm that this is innovation?

What's the configuration of yours computers to have such a calculation speed ?

The calculations speeds seen in the demo can be achieved without extreme custom computer configuration. I work on an iMac and Macbook pro and see these kind of speeds typically. my iMac is now 5 years old, my macbook pro is 3 years old. I have experienced the same responsive speeds on both machines with ArchiCAD 21.
