But here Shri Goel states that Mars being the planet of "permanency" (Whatever that may mean) in the 4th house will give permanent happiness..??!! How does this explanation sit with his contrary explanation in other vdo with you on D9 where he says a malefic in the 4rh house gives unhappiness
